Went through the drive through and the person taking the order was very pushy about our order. I asked a couple of questions and she got snarky, one of which was the drink choices and was told what a few were and that they could be found on the speaker (insert snarkiness) not the menu. Finshed placing the order, not anything difficult. When I arrived at the window, I told the person (not the one who took my order) that the drink choices were difficult to see because of them needing to be cleaned, which was one reason I didn't see them and another was that I expected them to be on the menu. She told me that the manager was listening in and the person taking the order had been "reprimanded for the snarkiness, that wasn't meant to be snarky"...her words. Gave me a coupon for a free taco to compensate. This girl was nice and I have no complaints about her. Checked our order and it seemed to be correct. But...fast forward to when we got home and started eating. My daughter's Crunch Wrap Supreme was anything but....no meat, no crunch and no nacho cheese. My steak burrito had something crunchy, like strips of nachos and nacho cheese in addition to it's normal ingredients. So, half her Crunch Wrap apparently ended up in my burrito. Since we were already home and already dealt with a disrespectful employee, we were over it. When we want Taco Bell, we will go to Adairsville, never again to the Calhoun location. Also, to note, they were super busy before us, but the line was cleared out when we ordered. Even being busy is no excuse for subpar service or orders. I realize mistakes happen, but if a manager has to listen in on the employees interaction with the customers, there is a huge problem somewhere, especially if major mistakes are being made, as well in the kitchen. If I could have given 0 stars,...
Read moreAwful experience. I waited in a line for just two drinks and a chipotle sauce. I already hate their AI system because it's hard to ask for sides without it misunderstanding, but that itself isn't the worker's fault, and the female worker that took my order was really fast and efficient.
When I got up to the window with my partner though, they handed us two drinks, and the male worker told us it will be a minute, and shit the window. I thought that was pretty weird already since it was just a chipotle sauce cup left to serve, no food items or anything.
We ended up waiting from 3:41 pm to 3:47 pm, so 6 whole freaking minutes for a SAUCE.
Finally my partner got the worker's attention whom the whole time has his back turned to the window. I don't know if he was too awkward to ask us why we were still there and simply forgot or what, but it is in NO WAY respectful or a normal fast food service experience I've ever received to leave a customer waiting for a SAUCE for over 5 minutes without at least explaining why.
Also my partner used to work at Taco Bell. Chipotle sauce is shipped there and premade, they do not make it. So I am not just being a Karen. I tip well over 20%, normally 30-40% at sit downs for mediocre experience. I think food service workers should make wayyy more than what they make. But I am not going to take blatant disrespect from an employee either. I hope he gets fired one day, unfortunately I don't know his name. He's been very snappy with my partner and I in past experiences going through the drive through for getting slightly annoyed with the...

The experience was so bad I will not return. First, it took nearly 30 minutes to get through the line, but I was there around midnight so I looked past that. Secondly, I get up to the intercom and place my order. Before I even ordered my drink I specifically asked if they still had sweet tea since I knew sometimes they didn't have it at that time of night. They assured me that they did. When I got to the window I was then told they did not have sweet tea. Ok, a little upsetting, but again I looked past that. Got my food and began driving home. Because it's dark and have some nerve damage in my hands, I didn't notice anything wrong at first, but as I was eating I began to tell something was off. Eventually, I turned on the light to see what was up and I was in horror upon seeing it.I have never seen something so grotesque be accepted as food in my life. It's really hard to describe but it looked as if they used the tortillas as rags to wipe out the inside of their garbage cans. I can't tell if the food has actually made me sick or just the visual of the food makes me want to vomit. I would rate 0 out of 5 if I could. The store would have to burn down again and be rebuilt, along with the entire store being rehired before I even consider...
