I have waited to write this review until I had slept on my new mattress a few days because I have always hated buying mattresses and cars! Of course we dont purchase those everyday but every time, in the past after the purchase, I would usually have some amount of buyers remorse and always see some sale days later making me think I may have made the wrong purchase and feeling like I did not make the right decision. After only two nights on my new mattress, a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid, I knew I needed to write a review. I LOVE my new mattress, and FREE adjustable base! At first I knew there would be a 'catch' to the free adjustable base or the sale price of the mattress I would eventually choose but I was wrong again. Elijah, the Salesperson, met me at the door and was very easy to work with. He used no pressure or 'upselling' in his communication. After he asked me a lot of questions trying to figure out exactly what I needed, he sent me straight to this one mattress and told me to try this one first. Long story short... I ran Elijah all over that store as I rolled and bounced on almost every mattress in there then ended up buying the first mattress Elijah recommended!! The mattress he recommended was even a little below the average cost of any mattress in the store!! There was no 'catch'! I have to add this... just because my past negative experiences with other companies, I had to meet the Manager, Nish, before I purchased, and he too answered all my questions. I grilled Nish on the price, the delivery, the 120 night sleep trial.... everything! Nish went back over everything and answered every question. From the moment I made my purchase, I immediately received a text confirming my purchase AND was immediately contacted by the 'Mattress Firm Delivery team' that explained/confirmed he process and even explained what would happen if there was an issue with it being out of stock or whatever...there were NO issues and the delivery team arrived on time, removed my old mattress and box springs and setup my adjustable base and mattress, removed all the packaging and were gone in less than 30 minutes!! After the first night I woke up the next day in the same place I went to sleep! The mattress is so comfortable. I am a big guy 250lbs 6'1. The mattress really supports me and I have to add, I never knew that the adjustable bed frame would be as important as I have discovered. By just raising the head 6-8 inches, I breathe so much better, I didnt snore and now do not need 36 pillows to make myself comfortable. I hardly write reviews and I know most people are more inclined to write a review when they have a negative experience but I had to sit down and take the time to give praise where praise is due! Thank you Elijah and Nish and Mattress Firm! I do suggest that if you are in the market for a mattress, before you buy anywhere else that you confirm quality of the mattress, all guarantees and the company that backs all of that up!...

So I made a review with 5 stars before cause I thought I was getting a really good deal but turns out. This is the most uncomfortable cheap bed I've ever slept on and trust me it wasn't cheap. Ive had it about 7-8 months now and Still paying for it and it was over 3700 in all. They will literally sell u anything just to get some extra money in their pocket. They don't care about your comfort... they talk like they are giving u a good deal but they're not. The base legs r very cheap and break very easily. But yet it's suppose to be one of the best bases there is. All I'm saying is. Yeah it's a good idea to go in and test out the beds but at the same time once u find the bed u like. Go and buy it somewhere else cause it'll be a lot cheaper and probably even better. The first bed i got when they delivered it had a hole in it also. Had to wait extra days for the next...

We had done a LOT of research prior to shopping for and selecting a mattress. We started our shopping experience intent on looking at other options to compare/contrast but, here’s the thing, we were SO impressed by the sleep expert there (Lucia) that we decided on a nice Tempurpedic model that Lucia recommended. We were so impressed with her and her proficient knowledge of the different models, the differences between brands and her ability to make us feel comfortable about our choice. Our current mattress is over 20 years old so we are looking forward to having our new mattress delivered soon and enjoying a restful sleep. I would say, even if you had to drive from far away to go to this particular store, it’s well worth it so that you too can experience Lucia and her wealth...
