Although I wasn't able to get the phones and smart watches I wanted due to not being promoted on the Military Max plan, my mom and I had a great experience. First, with Susie, who wasn't able to add me to my mom's plan due to the closing date of the bill cycle was that day, so we had to visit the next day, and she wasn't there, so Gavin helped us, but we still had to wait another day to bring my son and his trade-in phone to get inspected, and when we went that Friday, Gavin was who we worked with bc he had helped us, too, and although Susie was there, she was still pleasant and did not show any signs of jealousy that Gavin was helping us. Gavin was awesome, and we thought everything was great, until 2 days later, my mom and I realized that the phones and watches were not included on her plan as a promotion, so we went back to the store and both Susie and Gavin were there, and Susie even stood by to talk and wait for Gavin to finish the cancelation. There is no air of competition and it seems like more of a family working together to make the customer happy. Very pleased with the service at this store. And, we did eventually get support online to add lines... they couldn't do it at the store bc the cancelations had to go through, first, and so I ordered the smartphones from Samsung on promotion and will be able to add them to my mom's plan, once they arrive. The watches were able to be added, too, and were on promotion, so everything all worked out for the good, and so happy bc T- mobile has the best plans with cost including taxes and fees in the price, so no guessing, and other perks out there, such as free Netflix and free stuff every week, as well as fastest speeds, and are growing more and more and will eventually likely beat Verizon in coverage...
Read moreI came into the T-Mobile store in Calhoun, GA not long ago because I was having trouble with my phone, believe it may have had a virus, and I have trouble seeing the small text, so it’s hard for me to figure things out on my own. A short lady named Liz helped me, but she was very short with me and acted annoyed the entire time. I told her I couldn’t see well and needed help understanding what was wrong with my phone, but she didn’t take the time to explain anything clearly. She talked too fast and kept pointing at things I couldn’t read. I left feeling embarrassed and still unsure if my phone is even safe to use. I’ve been with T-Mobile for years, but this experience was truly frustrating. Older folks like me deserve patience and respect. I have since called the 611 number to leave my review with their manager. Just wanted to express my thoughts here. T-Mobile is still a good company but choose its employees wiser. That taller man was very kind. Didn’t get his name. He was really sweet despite me being...
Read moreI have to give major credit to Danny and Susie at the T-Mobile store in Calhoun, GA. After spending nearly three exhausting hours on the phone with customer service trying to switch our lines from personal to business accounts—with dropped calls, confusing info, and tech issues—we were completely stressed out when we arrived in the store.
Danny and Susie jumped right in to help, stayed positive through every hurdle, and showed an unreal level of patience. They didn’t just fix the issue—they stayed an hour past closing to make sure everything was fully taken care of and that we left confident in the setup. That kind of dedication is rare.
They wouldn’t accept a tip, but they absolutely deserve recognition from T-Mobile. I’m beyond grateful for how they handled such a frustrating situation and turned it into a positive experience. Outstanding service from two...
