Walked in. Was not greeted even though she saw me say table for 1 and I sat down. Never comes back out from the kitchen with a menu, or anything. The place is beyond hot inside, no AC, fans blowing hot air which I would gladly suffer through with some decency of an attitude from the waitress/cook, whatever she is. A host, she is not. Gave more time than she deserved and walked out despite no customers inside and one couple waiting outside looking at a menu. Will never return.

I used to go to this place when it was the lovely old lady. The food was nothing special but she was. So much so that I would offer to pay other people's bills because she was that wonderful and it put a smile on her face know there are good...

Cesar's restaurant is a hidden gem in our local dining scene. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I recently tried their beef and vegetable soup (caldo de res) and it was a delightful surprise. Loaded with tasty veggies and tender beef that burst with flavor, it was a satisfying choice bringing back childhood memories of mom’s cooking. It's wonderful to support such a great small business.
