I recently stopped by Dutch Bros and tried their signature Golden Eagle drink, and oh man, it was a game-changer! The drink was expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of flavors that left me feeling energized and satisfied. But what truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional customer service I received from Garrett.

Garrett was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to answer all my questions and made recommendations based on my preferences. His enthusiasm and passion for the brand were contagious, and he made me feel like a valued customer.

This location is consistently bad. The staff is unprofessional. They pretend to be friendly but will just stand there chitchatting with friends while the line gets longer. The baristas aren't much better--I have never once received a correctly made order. Today, I ordered a camarlizer and received a coffee with no syrup or flavoring. It just tastes like espresso, milk and ice. Luckily, I don't mind that but it isn't what I ordered. Likewise, I have never ordered a drink that came with a soft top and actually got a soft top. I'm pretty sure they just assume nobody will be able to tell and bring it back so they get away with it. And yes, I've been to other locations that were great and gave me the correct versions of things that actually, you know, had ingredients in them.

I was so excited when this location opened. Such a bummer it's turned out to be one of the worst Dutch Bros...

Had the pleasure of being served by the owner when my pops & I visited this new location (same owner as the Eastern & El Camino location). Service with a smile & sense of humor. As is the case with most DB locations! If you've never been, check out their website for drink inspiration menu... But, basically, if you can DReaM it, they can make it! In the summer, I've done a white chocolate frost (coffee free) with either strawberry or peach smoothie. My eyes are rolling to the back of my head right now! If you want a caff kick without the coffee taste, go for the white coffee. Zing! And, at least once, treat yourself to a kids' (cold) chocolate milk... I mean... Dang, there just aren't words!!
