Fire Wings Howe Ave. — Restaurant in California

Editing my review. 4 years ago i would frequent this establishment every Tuesday for almost a year. Tonight mind you i understand the world has changed and the service indistry has suffered tremendously but tonight hands down was not a good experience. We were just leaving training and 3 of our associates arived before the rest of us. The door says they close at midnight but upon entry they were told the restaurant closes at 10.... It was approx 9:20 at that time. Our associates explained we had a group coming in and asked if we would be able to eat there??? They were told yes, but they would put the food in to-go containers. No problem!!!! Everyone comes, we order, and AS SOON AS WE GET OUR FOOD.... we're all told we had to leave. We had multiple orders (9 to 10), the servers brought all of them out simintaneously, Eventhough it's a counter ordering system, which means all of our food did not complete at the same time. If we would have been told we could not eat in the restaurant, we would have taken our business to Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner. This would have been a non issue. The fact that the manager then tried to make us all feel like we were bad people for staying and making the employees work longer. 😒

This is not how you treat customers.

The establishment made a great deal of money off of our group. This caused a lost of customers from 9 households tonight and we will make sure our office of over 130 representatives never frequent this establishment again. 25 minutes and we would have been done. Temporary decisions could have lifelong consequences. Lastly the food was mediocre, my chicken was soggy and what used to be a favorite no longer warrants the 4 star review i gave 4 years ago.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely. David the manager hung up the phone on me. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location, and asked for my account to me credited so I can buy it from the location I was at. The girl I placed an order with never told me to location or I would have realized i called the wrong spot. Because i order .30cent over they refused to refund me and wouldn't help me. David offered a 50% return to my debit card. After I argued with him and hung up on me. I called back after talking to the fair oaks location some more, they told me to get the owners information. I called back and David refused to give it to me until i told him i was recording the conversation and he needed to give it to me. After he speaking me to me in a disrespectful way (high pitch and like I was stupid) he finally gave me the information (tho I have yet to find out if it was correct) and said they will call me tomorrow. Low quality experience. Large orders of fresh fry's. But the only ketchup is in packets. No salt. No pepper. All food is eaten off of small metal trays even if you order 100 wings. I have the tender sandwich combo1. They refused to sell me the combo 2 or 3 because they didn't have the coleslaw. So I had to pay more to have 2 sliders. The staff was so young that I was concerned they were even of age to be able to serve the beer. The service was cold unenthusiastic and kind of sucked. There is no sign of a manager of anyone who was older than nineteen years old in the place. The salad bar is an absolute joke. You're not allowed to put anything into your bull yourself you have to ask them to do it so I passed. Who suggested the idea of keeping lettuce behind a locked counter that you can access is beyond explanation. I was trying to eat healthy and I was going out to lunch with co-workers and I intended on having a salad but after seeing their salad bar setup I just gave up and went with two chicken sliders.
