I used to be a loyal customer for 2+ years here until one day the owner messed everything up all by themself. She (owner lady with the tattooed eyebrows) was food prepping while a woman was taking my order. I have severe food allergy to egg and dairy so I always ask for no mayonnaise or house made sauces. The woman did not understand that I wanted a dry sandwich and to just add avacado to it bc that’s enough for me to make it wet. She kept judging me for not wanting sauce even though I said it’s due to egg allergy, she kept asking me over and over if I wanted mayonnaise and this means she has no idea egg is in mayonnaise. She repeated my order back to me, it was correct, then she rang it in and I paid. I was the only customer there so the food came right to me, I go to my car to eat it, I take a fat bite and swallow and low and behold there’s mayonnaise in my sandwich and no bread for my salad. I’m just offended and appalled because it took over 5 minutes to take my order when it was a sandwich and salad so either the staff doesn’t listen because they have a competency issue, or they did not care that I had an allergy and deliberately gave me mayonnaise. I went back inside the demanded a refund and ended up getting sick and throwing up in the bathroom. I ended up sick right away because I haven’t had any egg products since I was a kid and my stomach was too sensitive while empty. Just a terrible experience. The owner lady told me she was the one who made my sandwich and she told me she recognized me and thought she had my order memorized so she didn’t even read the ticket when making my order. Wow. So it it’s a ego competency issue or a hate target issue? What worker and even owner doesn’t read what the heck they’re supposed to make before making it. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I ended up having to throw up as the result of this locations terrible staff. I get the shakes every time I have to drive by this place....
Read moreWe went out here because their sandwiches are usually really good but expanding so quickly as a company has not proven to be good so far. We drove across town to get there before closing but as we approached the door found it to be locked. A worker said sorry we're closed and the worker behind her who may of had more say in closing early said they closed the registers already. So since it closed early I'm writing this review. We wasted gas and time and are still hungry.
We returned after the owner responded to this review. It was a more pleasant experience, we were informed the employee had been disciplined on our previous encounter, as we had felt it was not considerate that it was advertised as open til a certain time and instead they had closed "cash registers early" based on being a "slow day" I know the owner knew this is not a way to run a company and most likely the employee now understands the importance of staying open for its customers, especially in the early phases of the establishment. We are thankful for their response and providing us the service we wanted yesterday, and happy to know the situation was improved based on the one star review. I hope...

I bought a sandwich online because I was in a hurry so I walk in to pick up my order and I stand in the online order line, the workers acknowledged my presence but didn’t bother to assist me, I was standing for 10 min until I was helped, then I had someone assist then they said that my sandwich wasn’t ready so I had to wait another 10min. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had! They also scammed me on my stamp card. They said after completing stamp card you will get 4 inch sandwich. Right... you have to pay for that too! They will just give you a discount. Why promises something you can’t keep? Hope you can improve...
