It's good for a standard Taco Bell. Food quality and pricing is what you expect. Service varies depending on the employee. I rarely ever order anything off of the regular menu regarding food so I can't state my opinion on that, but their $1 menu and limited time options are usually bomb-diggity. I'm in love with their Fritos burrito and my toddler adores their cheesy roll-ups (it isn't that fantastic or filling for older customers though since it's literally only melted cheese wrapped in a tortilla). My fiancé loves the Doritos locos tacos; we will sometimes order the 12 pack and request them all to be fiery, our favorite flavor. It's inexpensive for the price and amount you get but it's only good if you eat it soon, because everything tastes soggy within 6 or so hours. My absolute favorite here are the nacho fries for $1 with deliciously cheesy nacho sauce, but unfortunately, it is a limited time menu item. Other than my cheapskate butt ordering from the $1 menu, I've tried the beefy 5 layer burrito, which isn't too bad. And the freezes are always delectable. If they run out of a certain flavor, they will try to accommodate with a different flavor. I also absolutely love that they are not skimpy with their sauces. When I say I want the Diablo or fire sauces, they don't hand me just 1 or 2, they drop a handful in my bag, and I use them all or save them for food at home. Their food will always give me diarrhea, but it's not going to stop me from coming back. Sometimes their drive thru at night is busy, and that's when their service is lacking, but it's not too awful, they're just less attentive to you at the window because they're taking orders over the speaker. The only bad thing about this place is an issue that seems beyond their control, which is the amount of homeless people/panhandlers that enjoy loitering on their street corner or at their business. I have visited here at 3am once to be confronted by a homeless person waiting at the end of the drive thru to try and pick up food/money, which I outright denied him by quickly closing up my window and driving off without stopping, and he proceeded to angrily shout after me for not stopping. Not the safest environment sometimes, but not necessarily always the business's fault for these loiterers. The drive-thru and parking lot is inconveniently small as well as the driving entrances/exits so I prefer to walk here. I've never had a huge problem with this Taco Bell so I can say that it's not the worst one to visit, and the food will always...
Read morefood is ok, the tacos r always so thin. this particular time i mobile ordered and set it for the drive-through once I got there I seen that there was at least a few cars in the drive-through taking their sweet time so I just decided to go inside because I’m not gonna wait for people make up their mind i just want my food. Once I got in there, no one acknowledged me for at least 5-7 minutes. I was checking my Apple Pay to see when I last ordered my food. It was already 10 minutes. Doesn’t take them that long especially when people order in the drive-through get their food with three. I was about to walk out so I can just go to the drive-through to get it when I was suddenly acknowledged they gave me the cup To fill my drink, I ordered it From the drive-through because I wanted them to get it from the back the one from your lobby baja blast taste disgusting and watered down. I hope you guys know that, people order it from the back to get it from the back stop handing the cups back to people to get it themselves, unless they ask you to hand it to them or you ask them. I couldn’t even ask the guy to do it from the back because The people that work there only care about people that go through the drive-through no one that’s in the lobby so I’ll take that as a note. I ordered 15 mild sauces so I could have some for my tacos and just have extra at the house and they didn’t even give me one. some of ur staff What about it? is absolutely horrible. The drive-through lady who usually hands me my mobile orders is very kind always tells me to have a good day and everything. The guy who gave me my cup was kind. But everyone else making tacos seen I was there and didn’t care, to go inside and not be acknowledge. When you specifically mobile orders, you can get your food and leave makes me incredibly irritated. horrible staff tn. this was the watt location 9/9. Reminder to never go inside if you order from the...
Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell . I’ve had so many incidents with this specific Taco Bell from them running out of items and not even attempting to replace it with just something else the same value price and I never got a refund either when they refused to replace the item even contacted the app or email to Taco Bell and still never received the refund for that meal. But more than one occasion I’ve come to this location after work to get some food around 1 AM because they clearly state they close at 2 AM on the ordering app, the hours posted on their windows and doors, and googles hours shown for this location but they seemed to always be “closed” by 1-1:20 AM . Just like tonight when I came because it states they close at 2 AM, I waited at the speaker no one said a word not even a “were closed sorry” but driving to the window I notice a yellow pikachu backpack sitting on the counter so clearly there was someone “working”. I tried to consider the fact that maybe they were a working alone but then the company needs to do better with scheduling or hiring reliable workers. Either way it’s losing my business again for the 2nd time because when the first incident happened stated above I started going to the location on Folsom Blvd. they are open later and way better customer service at...
