Hot Stone Pizza — Restaurant in California

THIS IS A VERY HORRIBLE PLACE THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE LIARS , I CAUGHT THEM IN 3 LIES, THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DELIEVER TILL THEY CLOSE I CALLED AT 10:20PM THEY CLOSE AT 11:00PM ONE GIRL LIED AND SAID THEY CAN'T DELIEVER THEN ONE GUY SAID THE DRIVER LEFT AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 5 MINS. WHEN I CALLED THE DRIVER ANSWERED BUT THEY HAD SAID THE DRIVER LEFT AND THEY LIED AND SAID THEY DON'T HAVE A MANAGER .... DON'T GO HERE STICK TO PIZZA HUT OR SOMETHING ... THIS PLACE HAVE VERY POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I NEVER REPORTED ANYBODY BUT I HAD TO REPORT THIS BECAUSE THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HORRIBLE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY DID THIS, AND THIS IS SOMEBODY THAT ACTUALLY LIKE THEIR FOOD BUT I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I CANT TOLERATE THAT..... THIS PLACE NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN OR SOMETHING.. OR GET NEW PEOPLE...

Highly recommend Hot Stone Pizza, Here at my house there are 4 roomates that all love pizza, we order pizza at least 4 times per week from different places and love to try new pizza places all the time. We have been doing this for years,so you can imagine all the places we have tried . I just have to say that we are all pleasantly surprised with Hot Stone Pizza.The appetizers as well as the pizza were Hot, fresh and just delicious. We have quite a few men and women working on renovations here at the house today and every single person had the food I ordered from Hot Stone Pizza and everyone loved the food. This is the new favorite Pizza place for about 8 people that are here today. Thank You Hot Stone Pizza for making our meal hot, fresh and just perfect . HORRIBLE!!!!!! this place wont be in business long if they keep poor customer service and have drivers that are late , I was told 55 minutes which should have been a sign in the first place but I ordered anyway i waited 120 minutes before calling and the girl told me to call back in 10 mins if he still isnt here , so I did and i decided to just cancel it was about 4 minutes later the guy shows up and says he had another delivery before mine , when the girl before said mine is the priority one he has no others and he is just new ... so i asked for the manager but they dont seem to have a manager , cause i have called a couple times now and he is never there , i would recommend anyone else there are alot of other pizza places around that can get you a pizza faster and with slightly...
