Food quality is intermittent. I will say as of late they appear to be more consistent. I hope it continues to hold true. It's the only real close/convenient place for me. But in the past I had to stop going because they messed up that much! After literally months of avoidance, I returned. Things do appear better including a noticeable upgrade in customer service. And boy, does that not go a long way for the better?! Usually if an establishment is getting that right, everything else follows. Thing is sometimes I have to leave early in the morning. And nothing ticks me off more when after leaving and hopping on the freeway for a lengthy drive, I discover a wrong order or cold or poorly made food. You can't return it and ruins your morning. I few months ago, I'd not even give them one star. Now I've been to many Jack in the Box stores. Many do well. I am referring specifically to the on on Beach Blvd in Westminster which has Bishop St. as its cross street. Hopefully my last two positive experiences will continue on. That would win me back. It doesn't take much. Just make the food in the same way if you plan to eat it yourself and get darn order correct. If I order a 21 don't give me a 25. Read moreI like the food, but the customer service is terrible if they mess up your order. Regardless if you're right/wrong or nice/rude, staff gets defensive and disrespectful the moment you ask them about your order or if you think they got it wrong. They don't properly explain things to help you understand or even try to make it up to you; they hit you with a very irritated "There is nothing wrong." They are only nice and respectful when they're taking your order and giving you your food. I cannot stand people who are rude and give an attitude without reason, especially workers in customer service. I already submitted a complaint to the official website.
For anyone who comes here: make sure they repeat your order back to you correctly, check your receipts, and check your food before leaving. If they mess up your order, I hope you have a better experience than I did getting...

I asked for a hot sauce and I was told I needed to pay $0.25 cents for it when I have never been charge at any other jack in the box, purchased $32 dollars and only got one ranch and one bbq the hot sauce was charged to me with the excuse that I was asking for too many sauces and I had to pay for any extras. Also did not get any napkins and when I asked for some I mentioned if I need it to pay for those too and the worker was like yes you can pay in you want, she was so rude that I told her that it was my first and last time I come to this place you are rude and you don’t care about your customers, she did not respond anything at all.
