Jamba — Restaurant in California

Went last Monday on July 8th in the morning. I placed an order online for a carrot orange twist. Online it does not give the option to add ice. When I pick it up I ask if they can pour it over ice and it is never a problem. This was not the case here. The girl who helped me I am not sure of the spelling but it was Sariyah Sariah but she was rude. She first told me I needed to pay for the ice. I said I never get charged. She then takes a small cup when I ordered a medium and told her that was going to be too small. With attitude She then says “Next time you need to order a large” I was in disbelief and shocked. I asked her why the attitude I have never experienced this. She then goes a gets me ice a gives me a little scoop of ice. I looked at her and said wow can I get more ice. She goes again and gets another small scoop. The ice didn’t even go halfway to the cup. She was acting like the ice was coming from her pay check. I didn’t have the time to argue with her anymore. My drink was extremely warm. I called and spoke to the manager who was there and she tried telling me as well they are required to charge for ice. I stated to the manager I have never ever been charged for ice for my drink. I’m not asking for another cup or a cup of ice. I just want ice in my juice. She told me she would refund my drink. When I asked if she needed my name or order number she said no she could handle it. Here we are and the charge is still on my card. She had no intentions on refunding me if she did she would have got my information. I have never experienced this kind of service and will not...

Food is always nearly the same. That is why I come here. The problem with this location is the managers. I was waiting patiently for my order outside, instead of the very stuffy dining room. When I was approached by two managers and asked to move so they could do interviews. I rebutted and told them "I am a customer waiting for my order, not some vagrant, are you sure you are telling me to move?" They assured me that they had seats inside to wait in. I told them it was stuffy and not a good vibe. If you make me move, I will not be a happy customer here ever again. They ignored me and started their interviews. On a side note, the service from the employees is always great, and terribly understaffed. Nice, but slow. Consistently.

I have added the photos of the managers and their interviewees as well as the empty seats that they were not going to use themselves and told me to use that were inside.

I want to add an easy way to avoid this to the managers here: 1 - reserve the tables with signs. 2 - Just wait. If you apply some logic; it is Jamba juice likely I won't stay long. Or look at my order, 2 drinks...I am likely delivering the second one since I am alone. I won't be here long. 3 - Just ask me to move instead of telling me to move. There are...
