McDonald's — Restaurant in California

At McDonalds on town center. First of all let me say how extremely excited i was to visit this McDonalds. Ive hear alot of great things about this place and how amazingly well the food clogs the arteries here. When i arrived i was immediately situated in a long line almost out the door. As the line inched along i realized this was a horrible lunch decision. There was not an assined cash register employee and the employees behind the counter began yelling at eachother for somone to take orders. The nice young man at the drive through window continuously assured everyone in the lobby that somone would be right with us to take our orders. 10 minutes later the young woman behind the counter decided that she may as well take orders since no one else was going to. Reluctantly, she made her way to the cash register and without an apology or even a smile, "I can help you..." I placed my order and waited for the number to be called. A woman had stormed out in a furious fit of anger do to her order of fries being served incorrectly. And i could tell that other customers were becoming very unhappy as well. The nice young man at the drive through window continued to assure tye folks in the lobby that somone would be right with them to take their order again as the register became vacant once more. I have never in my life witnessed a fast food restaurant turn into a slow food restaurant at this degree. And speaking of degree, the mens bathroom has no cold water so if you decide to wash your hands before u eat, be ready for burns. This also makes me wonder how daring the employees are to wash theyre hands before returning to work and i am begining to feel nauseous thinking about it. I will not be returning to this McDonalds and i will be having a talk with my friend who suggested...

This dine out experience was the worst yet, Eldorado Hills McDonald's is ran with staff that don't care about their guests. Took 15 minutes to take my order once the store manager blurted out the automatic stations are available to take my own order that was out of order. There was 5 people waiting in line and four different people took the other four guess orders and I requested my sandwich to be cut in half because my handicap friend had trouble eating and they argued between the manager and the girl who took my order they don't have a knife to cut anything due to the covid pandemic and I was given a fork to try to cut it myself. Lobby and bathrooms were a mess and the speaker system was very loud and statically played. Dinning room was closed to eating but other restaurants was open and not sure if it's because of the county or city issue. But the moto is here, don't bother the bothered staff is what I was experiencing with this visit. Tried to get managers attention as she wondered the store trying to look busy. But the staff behind the counter didn't seam to want to help or be their due to their lack of interest in customer service. Hope this gets resolved fast. Just a awful experience for me and usually i get better McDonald's service then what was given. Especially with special handicap needs and they matter too and not at...

Years ago (Late 2005?) I remember when this store had was brand new, was fast with their orders and accurate. So when I had some time to kill before dropping a friend off we decided the head in here to get some breakfast. When we came in we ordered two drinks and two sausage McMuffins. I attempted to ignore the water damage of collapsed ceiling tiles and buckets collecting water from the storm from the last couple of days (it smelled gross!)

However the cashier attempted to upcharge us for two sausage McMuffins with eggs and then remove the eggs as a custom order for who knows what reason other than to make the store extra money. Maybe its a franchise store, like Carmichael and two of the Placerville stores, but this was a bit over the top. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to have to point this out and then educate the cashier who at first refused to fix the issue and then attempted to feign ignorance.

She then had to call a manager over despite pointing at the menu lit up behind her and appeared to have never knew that a sausage mcmuffin (standalone) existed. Beware they will try to mislead you at this store to charge you an extra dollar to and hope that you don't...
