Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in California

This is for the Mountain Mikes at Elk Grove Blvd and Waterman in Elk Grove Ca. The pizza was delivered and taste like it was cooked before and then reheated and then sent out for delivery. It was not up to Mountain Mikes Standards! I paid for delivery, tipped through the app. Then when I called and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. Then the guy said he was the manager. He wanted to offer me a 30% discount on my next order. Then he said he was busy and I should bring in the food because his drivers are busy! I also have someone who needs constant care and cannot be left alone. Again why I paid for the delivery! The food tasted old! We have been going here for 8 years. His poor choice of offering a discount on the next order and not wanting to make it right today and saying he was to busy is the wrong reflection on this business. I am now forced to order food from another restaurant. Simply resending out the food to make it correct would have gotten a review saying there was an issue and they stepped up and handle it correctly. I hope the owner sees this and makes the appropriate changes. I wish I could give less than zero stars!

As a concerned citizen, I am compelled to share my experience at Mountain Mike's Pizza at Waterman and Elk Grove Blvd. During my recent visit, a woman ahead of me was demanding the phone number to the corporate office, which made me question my decision to eat there. Despite this, I chose to stay and was shocked to see that the price of a 20-inch pizza was $50. As a family with three teenage boys, we consume a lot of pizza, but paying $75 for just one pizza, a salad, and three fountain drinks was outrageous. To make matters worse, when we received our pizza, it was different from what we had ordered. They forgot to put the requested white sauce and gave us red sauce instead. On top of that, the salad we ordered was not available because they needed to add lettuce to the salad bar. But the most concerning aspect of our experience was the quality of the pizza. It tasted like a frozen pizza, and within 30 minutes of consuming it, my sons and I experienced terrible gas and stomach aches. This place used to be the place I would come to when I had functions and events but I think that since it might be under new management things may have changed. I reserved a room from 630 to 830 pm and I got there a little early to set up and I ordered a pizza. At 7:57 we were told that we would have to start packing up and to leave because "there was another party that was coming in at 8:30 pm" we were told. So I ended up packing up a half hour early to leave by 830 for "another party" So, we ended up getting shorted some time. Then I decided to circle back around to see if there was a party actually coming I at 8:30 . There was none. Needless to say, I'll be looking for other venues for my events...
