Pizza Twist — Restaurant in California

I went in around 8 or so to get a pizza and got a Large White Sauce Chicken Pizza. It wasnt too pricey when you split it through the 3 of us that ate from it. Now to be honest the wait time is a bit out there because they have orders, we were told around 30 minutes or so but they got it done for us in roughly 20ish minutes so that was good. I also would recommend to call and place a order for your pizza so by the time you get there its ready for pickup. Now for the pizza, it was amazing, Delcious, solid for the price and just a overall well rounded pizza. Perfect amount of sauce, Cheese and meat. Ours also had a sauce on top and Lord was it delicious. Most of the pizza places I go to put sauce like they still live under planes dropping Bombs in WW2, but this place put the right amount of sauce and it was bomb... I like the food and the service. The people I spoke to were really nice and polite. One thing I will say is they dont really have a seating area (2 tables in the front but its like small and compact) which kinda sucked but its understandable because there isnt alot of space. Id recommend to pickup from this place and go somewhere or delivery rather than sit there and eat. Dont let that change ur opinion of this place though! It's really solid and not pricey. One last thing I would recommend is eat the pizza while its hot (suprising, i know) because when it becomes cold, it...

Sooo this evening i ordered a XL COMBINATION PIZZA with white sauce!! Ordered on the phone and took 25-30 minutes to get here after being told my pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes .. No way!! Lol still had to wait... Mann oh Mann this isn't good ... Look at the photo of our pizza which was not at all a combination pizza!! Good thing I checked it before I actually hit the road!! After my finding I'd given the girl working an idea to follow the ingredients for a combination pizza because this isn't it... And this "XL" is a real Large pizza ... I had to ask for a significant amount of chili flakes and parmesan cheese packets... This location i can honestly say isn't a good location to order from, they don't seem to want to actually make whole flavorful pizzas and or give condiments!! No napkins or anything... I mean I can understand why this place isn't getting good service the Pizzas skimpy and not to mention the wait is insane... The worker does seem to be busy on the phone (earbuds) me and my family had to wait extra because of the workers lack knowledge of the proper ingredients for a combination and attempt to remake, had I known it'll turn out this way I would have went elsewhere to order and I know from here on out!! Ordered online for delivery, the given delivery time passed, nothing. I called and was told one of the salads I ordered was not available - agreed to sub a different one, said two minutes and it would be out the door. Time passes, phone rings I'm told there's no delivery person, someone would be heading there in another 10 minutes, when they arrive they would send our order out. Already an hour past expected delivery, which was an hour after we ordered. When they saw the salad wasn't available they didn't call us to tell us to ask for substitute, couldn't cancel a partial order they said, HAD to choose an item. Customer service is non existent! I had to drive to ick up the order, after paying a gratuity AND delivery fee and the salad we got was less than the one ordered we didn't get, but paid for! Ended up throwing most of the pizza away, wasn't good at all! I expected a refund of the delivery fee and tip as well as the excess paid for the ordered salad at the very least but have heard nothing to Date. Don't waste your money! Paid over $50, wasted over 2 hours, for food...
