Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Elk Grove

Our first time at this store it busy with a lot of students. As I am not from the US my mobile app doesn't work. My order was processed very quickly though so quite impressed hence 3 stars. Next day, different staff service was not up to usual Starbucks standards. There was no one before me in line yet the staff member did not take my order. There were 4 people working yet I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. It was just two drip coffees. Yet it was not processed. It was given to the lone barista to process who was making speciality drinks. When I finally got my order my coffee was incorrect. Twice! I took it back and was served the wrong coffee. Had to try it again. And by the way, a splash of milk is a small amount not a huge dollop! Doesnt make me want...

This place is my go-to local (as in nearby) coffee/tea shop. I love this shop because the baristas are often times very friendly (it helps that I'm friendly to THEM, ahem, other reviewer). The place can be crowded, but it's not the biggest location so you could understand why that is. Especially seeing as it's a pretty busy area in general. What are they gunna do, knock out a wall into the Subway next door? Lmao. I usually just go to get tea (I'm sad about losing my Tazo to Teavana, but what can you do?) and do homework or catch up with friends. It's a great spot to go! Beware the teenager swarm though (after 3PM during the week and on the weekends or during holidays) they can be quite numerous and loud (as we were at their age)....

Had 2 gentlemen having an inappropriate conversation about divorce and spousel conflict very loudly that entire lobby could hear. One gentlemen just laying into the other gentlemen who is now with his ex-wife and just made me very uncomfortable as I was trying to work on computer for my company. I had to leave your store to find another store as I felt one of gentlemen being very loud and having an inappropriate conversation for everyone to hear. Felt horrible for the other gentlemen who is now with this guys ex-wife and kid. He hardly said anything thing. I did call the store to let them know in case others may need to leave also or feel...
