Pho Fresh 2u — Restaurant in Elk Grove

On Saturday, I was in the neighborhood visiting family and looking for a quick bite when I discovered Pho Fresh. I ordered the Avocado and Chicken Breast Spring Rolls, expecting to get one of each, but to my surprise, I received two boxes with four rolls and peanut sauce in each! I didn't mind at all! I had a few for lunch and saved the rest for dinner, and they were delicious.

The next day, three of us returned for lunch. I ordered the Spicy Pho Oxtail Noodle Soup, while my companions chose Pho Chicken and an Avocado Chicken Salad. I absolutely loved my soup, while the salad was a big hit. The Pho Chicken was also very good.

The dining space is large, well-organized, and well-maintained, and the servers, mostly younger staff, are wonderful. I highly recommend trying this place if you're in the neighborhood and enjoy Vietnamese food. We will definitely be going...

Update since first review months later: In the past 2 days we have been here for dinner and now lunch. Service is sooo... slow. Even today with less people( 6 to count) to eat the wait for 3 ppl for lunch was 45min before our food arrived. Not ideal! I ordered chow fun, it was far from desirable to my taste, sweet and no wok hay flavor. Definitely different.

The atmosphere and decor was so clean and bright, but not too bright, the staff was warm and greeted you right away. There was a decent amount of foot traffic on a week day. September 2025 - Ordered an Togo pho. The amount of pho and other item were decent. I would order again for future. Went here for the first time. Atmosphere is cozy and nice. Try out few dishes and the pho. Broth is good not crazy salty like other places. I ordered size large with rare meat and tendons, they didn't have that choice. So end up charging more for tendons. Overall pho just meat and tendons like $19 kind of pricey. Pho should be cheaper vs other dishes. Would be good if their pho menu has more combinations choices like other restaurants.
