I was not a fan before the other day. It was ridiculously hot here and all I wanted was a frozen lemonade slushy thing. So while my husband opted for an ice cream shop to satisfy his desire for something frozen. I was not going to be satisfied until I found my frozen lemonade slushy thing. I, for some reason decided to look at the Sonic menu. I've lived here over two years and I've never even considered going there. Low and behold. Frozen lemonade slushy thing!!! I proceeded to order online from my phone, while looking through their menu I decided I was also very hungry. Darn advertising. So I order a chicken sandwich, then my husband joined in the fun also ordering a frozen lemonade slushy thing and added a double bacon cheeseburger. Cause that's how he rolls. I guess. Five minutes later we arrived at Sonic to pick up our order, we waited another 5 or less and out comes the most satisfying frozen lemonade slushy thing I've ever had. I may have just been overly hot and desperately desiring this frozen gift from the heavens but I was delighted. The sandwich was also surprisingly delicious. Then the fries. Those were some incredibly hot, fresh amazing fries. So now, I'm a fan of Sonic. I've been turned. ...

Sonic burger in Lancaster/ Palmdale area is my families go to place for all of our fast food delights. However, we are extremely disappointed in out last two visits - one being today. The servers are polite and professional but the food was less then desirable. My sons chicken burger and fries were both cold. My foot-long coneydog and my double sonic cheese burger was a disappointment. Both were cold and the meat seemed to have been cooked long before it was ordered and it was dry as well. We have participated in the Sonic Burger delights fora very long time- but today was miserable disappointment we have decided to try some other establishments and not waste our money or family time on poor quality food preparation.
