Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Extremely busy, and the staff does the best they can with the insane work load. Today was my first negative experience (red cup day) and I knew they were slammed. I believe their equipment became cross contaminated, because I ordered an iced latee and had a severe allergic reaction. The allergy I have is not an ingredient in the drink I ordered. Just be overly cautious if you have an allergy that they have in the store. Never thought of bringing this up since I didn’t think there was a risk of the allergen touching the drinks I order.

I always have a pleasant visit everytime I come to this location. I vibe well with all the staff there. I want to acknowledge the whole crew yet there were 3 that were super today. My usual was always the Frappes of many choices but this time I decided to have "Nani" decide for me. First time I ever had Chai.
