Order through GrubHub And it was horrible The fries and burger was soggy I never understand why they give you hot food in a plastic bag Duh it sweats The paper bag inside instantly ripped when taking it out. Smh Now I don't have a placemat 😏 The food was horrible The distance to address delivered is less than 1 mile. They took over 30 mins I usually order with UberEATS Never really had a problem Food is tasty. I doubt the quality and time had anything to do with delivery service

I tried tams for the first time at another location and loved it, so we tried another one, and it was disappointing. The restaurant smelled like cigarettes, maybe from a drive-thru vehicle, I'm not sure. The restroom was really filthy, and the service was not good. The food was great but still on my last visit to the other tams I ordered the same thing and it tasted better there.

The young lady at the window is super sweet! Went two nights back to back which says a lot about prices and great customer service. All condiments and silverware are included everytime which is rare at the drive thru these days. Prices are very reasonable and food is authentically prepared. Will definitely return!

Came to one of our favorite place to get burger in LA, I grew up eating at Tam's #15 on Alameda and Florence after years of moving all around to different states we still come back to Tam's but after today, I will never eat herr again. Horrible customer service whe I went back in to tell them about 4 different drinks we bouth and all tast like old rags or like dirty socks, its un healthy and nasty, the manager refused to return our money and was pointing his finger at my husbans face and decided to call the cops inted of keeping his customers happy. Its not the money I care about , its the principal of the matter. Plus no one is wearing a mask. Taste your drinks b4 you leave the driveway. Blessings and...

Their customer service is the WORST. People that work there seems like they forcefully having them work there. No smile. All attitude. Asked if the they had any Burger Specials, she gave me the menu and said yea we have a lot of burgers they are on the back.

Prior to that Waited at the speaker for service before pulling up… no one greeted me, so i decided to pull up.

They asked if i had a phone / internet order i said no. She said next time i won’t be able to help you if we have cars if you just pull up. Told her i was waiting and no one greeted them she said oh i just got here… then i mention anything if you didn’t k ow what was going on.

Always good burgers, but I Ordered a couple breakfast burritos! My god one bite and I was disgusted, how can u put a salsa so hot and spicy without telling the customer? My whole burrito tasted like their nasty salsa ! Over powered the whole thing ! There was supposed to be eggs cheese hash browns and bacon! Mouth still on fire all I can and could taste was that nasty enchilada sauce! Tams that is not a salsa ! U killed my whole burrito with that, to be honest wasn’t even good enough for chips ! Please stop putting ur salsa in the burrito needs to be an option on the side the hell is a matter with u all! Now I got to find another breakfast...
