Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in California

Went in yesterday with my family, there was at least 4 to 5 family’s before us. Workers were 3 guys (young) and were SUPER slow, chit chatting between them self’s instead of trying to get the line moving. The guys were nice and friendly and not rude at all but way to slow and The store was a MESS. Waited at LEAST 20 mins to get helped. We ended up getting just one big scoop and got it fast because luckily a girl worker came in and was fast. Ice cream was good but honestly won’t come back the store was a mess and things were everywhere even where they were mixing...

Edgar V. responds “what’d you say” after every request and he STILL forgot to put the yellow cake pieces. It feels like a waste of time and money if you aren’t getting exactly what you’ve requested. The staff there is male Latino’s with no enthusiasm. Hire happier youths and no ethnicity isn’t the issue, Edgar is. No smile or greeting when customers walk through the door is. I had a lovely experience!! I enter and get smiles and welcomes from all the employees!! The person who made my ice cream had curly hair and super young we had a nice convo while he was making my ice cream!!! His name was Qaise!!! And he made it a super fun experience!!! Lots of young workers there!!! My only complaint is a dude on the bigger side of things not to be rude with also curly hair ignored me once I asked a question and looked very unhappy to be working there but other then that great...
