This location has become pretty sad. I have been a chipotle fan for the past 19 years and have avidly supported the brand for a number of reasons, including; the quality and freshness of the food, the attention and effort to sourcing healthy food, the customer service, the design and cleanliness of the restaurants, and the reasonable prices. Lately the prices have risen quite a bit, and I don’t protest too much. There’s inflation, I understand. But lately I’m reaching my limits with this specific location - they are closing the store and cleaning the stoves before 8:30 when they don’t even close until 10. There is food everywhere, it’s the messiest chipotle I have seen, and this is only recent, as I’ve been going here for more than 6 years. The past 5 times I’ve chosen to eat there after 8 pm I’ve walked into a total mess, with the employees clearly trying to close the store so they can leave. They’re always out of multiple food options and trying their best to get you to turn around and leave so they can continue closing. It’s very disappointing because, as I said, I really enjoy chipotle, but something has changed in the way the company is running, and it seems to be very clearly reflecting in the day to day operations of the store. Read moreWhen i usually come here, i am greeted by employees I recognize and they are all pretty friendly.
But when I came into the store this evening (7/3/17) at around 9pm, I didnt see the usual employees and i stepped up to the counter to order. I was greeted by a young man on tortilla and he was taking my order. I order a chicken burrito and when we got up to salsa station, i saw that the pan for corn was empty. I politely asked if there was any corn, the employee looked at me and said "No, there isnt". He said it very serious. I just shrugged it off and i asked if i could have a little guac and he said that i would still be charged and i it was totally fine. He served the guac on my burrito and it was just a dab. It wasnt a full serving so i just asked if i can just have the full serving instead. The employee sighed at me in annoyance and "so you DO want the full serving?" and i said yes and apologized and he just replied with "okay?" with a weird smirk on his face.

Read moreMy co workers and i placed an order today through the mobile app for delivery during our lunch hour. When I received my ordered. We were missing some items. Contacted the store and Laura told me she packed my order herself and she made sure she sent everything. Explained to her I am looking at the order and there are items missing. She rudely told me again she packed everything. My colleagues and I could not believe she would insist she sent everything when we were clearly looking at the bags in front of us missing things. Terrible customer service! Will never order again from this location.
The proper thing to do would have been to apologize for the mistake. Not argue with us about items that were NOT in the bag.
