Jamba — Restaurant in California

A cashier name Heidy. I believe that's her name she does not wear a badge but she wears glasses and I got the name from the receipt. The moment me and my bf walked in we asked for vanilla blue bowls, she said they're out of the vanilla blue sky. So me and bf did not believed her because she had a bad attitude that she did not want to work and just wants to be on her phone so seemed like for her to avoid getting certain orders it’s easy for her to say we are out of a certain thing you ask for. We decided to place an online order to see if it was true and no she lied to us and it was available we had place only one bowl and we confronted her about it saying I thought you said it was not available and she did not say anything, didn’t even bother to apologize or at least to be honest about not wanting to do it to avoid taking orders. We asked her if we can order another bowl but with no strawberries and add bananas. She got the order wrong and put no coconut flakes instead. Whenever she takes the order she acts like she's listening to everything you're saying but she's not she's doing her own order. I rather drive a little further to another Jamba Juice just to avoid her because it is the second time I have a similar interaction with her and she just does not care because she always uses her phone...

I have come into this establishment over a dozen times now, I live near this plaza so I tend to stop by for my Jamba "fix", While I completely believe its plausible that someone did not have a great experience, I have never had my order wrong, it has always tasted great and it has never taken such a long time that I really noticed. This place has always been empty when I go get a smoothie. I've been to other jamba juice where they give you the extra juice that's left over in a small kids cup FREE, that most of the time doesn't even get full half way in the kids cup. The guy doing the smoothie told me they aren't allowed to do that, that they usually charge $.75 cents. This is the 1st I hear about this since I've always ask to get what's left over. I mean I have paid for the smoothie in a large etc. That dude was straight tripping. Not going back there again! The smoothie was so sour I did not enjoyed it...
