I’ve been coming to Happy Medium’s for almost a year. Maybe once per month or so. The owners and staff are ridiculously friendly. Always giving me free food trying to get me to try something new on their menu. Always asking for my feedback. The chef is amazing. I heard he worked at several Michelin Star restaurants in Chicago. Incredible food. We used to frequent them when they were based in LA I fell in love with their food. The first time I had the Muffuletta it changed my life. While their new Calimesa restaurant is a bit of a drive it’s absolutely worth it. If you live anywhere remotely nearby and love delicious food then I implore you to check out Happy Mediums. Bonnie and Shea and the whole team are wonderful and I’m always impressed by the dishes.
