I procrastinated, and needed to take 5 CLEP exams in one weekend, and Simplex United made getting all my exams proctored happen. For those that might not know, CLEP exams give you undergraduate college credits significantly faster (and cheaper) than community college courses. Thanks to Simplex, I was able to earn 18 credits (a full-time college semester) in three days for only $685 ($475 to College Board and only $210 to Simplex)!!! Now, I will be able to enroll in law school without ever having to take out student loans and spend 4+ years—and tens of thousands of dollars—getting an undergrad degree.

Elena, the owner, and her staff are very professional and extremely friendly. Elena honestly feels like part of my life story now. She was so proud of me and so invested in my success. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Efficient, Professional, and Comfortable Experience!

I recently visited Simplex United for a certification exam, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff Elena and Damian was incredibly professional and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient—they had clear instructions and even provided the rules and guidelines on how the whole process works.

The testing environment itself was quiet, clean, and well-organized. The proctors were attentive but not intrusive, ensuring a calm atmosphere without making me feel watched the whole time. The computers and equipment were up-to-date and worked flawlessly, which was a huge relief. Plus, the center had comfortable seating and good lighting, which made focusing on the exam much easier.

I took a test for a work certification at Simplex United today.

With less than 6 minutes left in my test and on my second to last question, another testing candidate turned kicked the power cord to my monitor.

The exam proctor, Elena, who is also a co-founder, wasn't paying attention, and by time she got to me, my test had ended. While I passed, this was for a $10,000 training course and accompanying certification which my work paid for. And if I scored higher than 90%, I received extra compensation for my efforts. I'd scored an 86% and had two questions reminding on an 82 question exam, so had some other testing candidate not kicked a power cable on the floor, I'd have reached that goal.

There was nothing of meaning they could do, and and one point acted like I'd done it myself, and when pressed that the power cords shouldn't be on the floor, the co-founder and proctor said in the 10 years they've been there, it's only happened a few other times (so wait- this has happened before and you left it?).

Flatly, will never test here...
