We went into Arby's for lunch today around 11. My husband placed the order and asked for a pack of mayo, Arby sauce and salt to go with our order. They gave him the cups for our drinks, when he tried to get coke nothing came out but water. He poured the water out and carried our cups back to the counter and asked if they could fill them with coke at the drive thru dispenser, and was told very harshly if there wasn't any out front there wasn't any and the woman Dale turned away and walked away as my husband was asking if we weren't going to be able to get coke. At that point I told him to just get our money back and let's go elsewhere as we didn't have to put up with the rudeness... Another lady walked over got our order and handed it to him and said the coke would be ready shortly, and he asked if we could get a mayo, salt and arby sauce, she took the bag and put some stuff in it.. He came to the table and when we opened the bag, we had about 6 ketchup, and 2 horsey sauces. He took them back up to the counter and before he even said anything was told we can't take those back if you don't want them throw them away at least 2 times before he could get them to listen and tell them we asked for 1 mayo, 1 arby sauce and some salt and this is what we got... With an attitude he was given 1 mayo and 1 arby sauce no salt.... He brought them to the table and walked back over and asked to speak to the manager and Dale said she was the other person that had helped with the order. He told her that they really needed to work on the attitudes as we had been met with a lot of rudeness since placing the order, Dale walked away saying I was not rude. The manager said she was sorry. This isn't the first time we have been treated rudely at this Arby's it seems anytime we go in there on the days that the full time manager isn't there it isn't a good experience. Thank goodness they did tell us when the coke machine had been filled with syrup so we could get our drinks. We won't be going back for awhile for sure and if we do it will be when the regular...
Read moreI am a manger at a fast food restaurant so I understand and get a lot of things but this I don’t get. I ordered a online order a week ago… I ordered 12 sliders for my family and a couple other things. Whenever I got home and looked at it (I should have checked before I left but was in a hurry) I was missing 4 sliders so that left me with 8. I opened them up and was putting them on plates and hmmm 4 out of 8 sliders did not have meat on it. Like I said I work fast food I get it. So I called…. The manger on duty was Zachary. He told me he understands that he would replace my meal to come back up there. I told him my name and said I live a good 30 minutes away it will probably be the next weekend he said ok. So I went yesterday they told me they can only give me the 4 that didn’t have meat on them. And threw in one extra one. That Zachary said he would only remake the 4 sliders I was so annoyed I just said okay. My fiances brother was with me and he ordered food so we went back to my car got in and he opened his bag up and they gave him the wrong food. I mean come on now. This Arby’s really lost my service and respect because if you are a MANGER… it is your duty to make customers happy. I would like the owner or corporate to call me because this just...
Read moreThe cashier walked away as I got to the register to get a tray that was ready for another customer. After standing there a few minutes another worker saw me and said something in low tone, I think she asked if I were ready to order. She came to the register and I told her my order was to go. She nodded her head. I gave her my order and she was looking at the register. During this time the previous cashier was in a somewhat debate with another customer about her order. The woman taking care of me was so much involved with that discussion she was ignoring me. She actually got involved in the discussion. After that was taken care of she finally got back to me. I had to repeat the order. Then she asked if it was 'for here or to go.' Good customer service means that you take care of YOUR customer and not worrying about other things going on. If something does need the employee's attention then the customer should be told 'Excuse me while I ...' or offer an apology when being distracted. Otherwise, the food was very good and I didn't have to wait too...
