Hidden Gem fitting for the Younger crowds. This place was a great find. A bit hard to find at first, due to its privately nestled entrance, but upon entering you get your first peek at a well put together place. Ambiance is cool, with a low light open feel, the first thing that catches your eyes is the four lanes with artificial turf, where you can play corn hole and bocce ball. The bar is the center of attention once standing in the open space, a great outdoor patio with a river is a great option if the indoors is crowded. They have seating with tables as well and seemed to be kid friendly. Staff was super friendly and informative. But all that doesn’t matter in the end if the food sucks right? Well, the food didn’t suck, it was EXCELLENT! This is the kind of place I would expect in Portland.... and I mean Oregon, maybe Atlanta or some hipster burrough of New York. I was waiting for a place that was going to give us a different way to eat lobster. I mean I understand, its traditional, butter or mayo right? But give me some spice or some shock. This place did a great job in delivering just that. We had the Lobster Dog, which was a corn dog type lobster roll, accompanied by some sliders and fish tacos. Bravo! Bravo! Camden needed a place like this, and I highly...
Read moreAbsolute terrible experience. Not only did it take forever to get an understanding if we seat ourselves or wait for a hostess, but the service could not have been more disappointing. We ended getting direct to go sit at one of the tables 10 minutes after standing there. While waiting another 10 minutes, we ended up having menus dropped off without even a, "hello." The bartender who ended up "waiting" on us couldn't have been anymore unprofessional and just had an overall unfriendly demeanor to her. For the price off the beverages and small dishes, we felt as if we were ripped off. The only reason of their continuance as a business is from their indoor activities, which tends to get way to loud if you aren't participating. As locals, we will not return and suggest others to be cautious if they are looking to get a dinner in...
Read moreYou walk in and are immediately welcomed by a friendly hostess. Eclectic, chill music radiates through the area. Bob Ross teaches the joy of painting on the t.v. above the bar. People of different ages are playing Bocce or Cornhole toward the rear of the restaurant. And now for the food. Freshly fried Hush Puppies with a pinch of cilantro and garlic aoli dipping sauce to start. For the main course, a Margherita pizza with garlic butter infused (best in the area imo) and Jack fries, coated in a homemade seasoning combo are an original that are to die for. If this sounds like it's up your alley, you won't be disappointed. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Camden. Just get there early because the...
