My husband and I had gone here before during the week and we received friendly service and good coffee, so we decided to try again. Sunday, we stopped in for some coffee. The worker taking orders at the drive thru got my order wrong. When I asked her to remake it because she got it wrong, she got an attitude. Then, I had given her my card and it charged me $7.28 for one of the coffees. My scooter rewards automatically paid for one at the time of check out because she scanned my barcode. Well, she obviously didn’t press a button or something to clear the register out and tried to tell us we didn’t pay. When, I pulled up my bank app and showed her the scooters charge, she proceeded to tell us we needed to pay again. I told her I’d pay cash for the second coffee (which was free from my rewards). I was willing to pay for another one, but not for both of them again because my card had already been charged. She got very rude with us, and said “you know what, just go on with your day, because I’m not going to argue with you. I’m telling you it didn’t go through and you didn’t pay.” My husband showed her my bank app that showed the charge and location and she said well it’s not the right amount so you didn’t pay but just go. Because her behavior was truly disturbing. A different empolyee messed up the drink size and then had this girl come over to fix it. She makes it complicated and wasted time while she figures it out. She charged my sisters card twice because she said that was the only way. My sister paid for 2 drinks and wouldn't get refunded for 7 days to 2 weeks. That wasn't a big deal. I get it. But after this manger handed me the card and drink she said she would be happy if we never come back. I don't know if she was hired out of desperation or what. But my sister couldn't even enjoy her coffee because of the way her behavior was and being scared that she could have done something to her drink. It's sad and no one should feel that way. Read moreI’ve come to this place almost everyday for a year, I order the same thing every time. Today I was unable to get my normal purchase because they could not break change. I’m not sure if this is policy, or if they didn’t start their drawer with enough money but I was not able to complete my purchase and start my day as normal over them not excepting my currency ($100 ) bill. The way it was handled felt like “not my problem” As a franchise, that shouldn’t be a problem, esp in the middle of the day when you’ve had business. 2 p.m. So I went across the street for the first time ever, and tried SIP.
