Upon entering, the restaurant looked cleaned but after walking in and looking around there were a few issues. Soda area could have been cleaner and the trash receptacle nearest the counter was leaking some liquid which was spread out and slowly making its way to the table area. The young lady that waited on us was polite and took our order, but from almost the time we walked in you could hear another female employee and the manager or shift supervisor loudly exchanging complaints. "Are you gonna cover the front for me"?! And the employee replied in the whiniest voice; I'm trying but I cant, there's too much." Where's the car for this order?" I don't know..." "He's parked out there" pointing to about 5 cars. "Which car is it?!!" Blank stare was her answer. As entertaining as it seemed at first I was starting to realize that they maybe they're unable to perform any tasks correctly including cleaning and food prep. Then a minute later I hear again "ARE YOU GONNA COVER THE FRONT FOR ME??! And in a whiniest almost crying voice "I CANT! ARE you gonna help me? It's too much" We waited a little over 12 minutes total for our food Which isn't good but not the worst but while waiting I saw they put our fries on our tray which was still by the kitchen waiting for a sandwich. It sat there for a several minutes before the sandwich came up. So then the manager brings our food tray to me and I asked nicely ; "Are the fries still warm?" She looked at me and gave me the dirtiest look and turned and walked away without answering. I didn't say anything else or force the issue but just left. Fries were cool as I thought, other food was below average for McD. My advice, avoid this place and wait until...
Read moreI try not to eat McDonald's often but the other day while out with my family, we decided to stop into one for their $5 meal deals. Last time I went to a McDonald's, they had a touchscreen menu inside so you can order food yourself. That was fine by me when they still had one or two people at the cash registers. Yesterday they had ZERO staff members at the counter the entire time I was there so there ended up being a line of people literally yelling to the back of the kitchen how they are missing items from their order while all of those people in the kitchen glance at them quick only to IGNORE the CUSTOMERS who's food is getting cold. With no one at the counter, you would think the food would be ready faster and without error but McDonald's is only trying to maximize profit by removing NECESSARY job positions. I'm all for technology and change but when you've removed the human element altogether, you've permanently lost me as a customer. We are not robots ordering from other robots.... speaking of robots, yesterday was clear indication how McDonald's will replace it's entire workforce with machines eventually. It was also a clear indication of what a disaster this would be. Sorry McDonald's, no one is "loving it" anymore...
