McDonald's — Restaurant in Canonsburg

I really want to give a big shout-out to the team at this McDonald’s drive-thru. When I visited, it was clear they were short-staffed, but you honestly wouldn’t have known it by the way they handled everything. The line was steady, yet the staff kept things moving with a positive attitude, and they never let the pressure show.

The person taking my order was polite, patient, and made sure everything was correct. At the window, I was greeted with a genuine smile, and my food came out hot, fresh, and neatly packed. Even though they were clearly juggling a lot at once, the staff stayed professional and friendly, which really stood out to me.

It takes a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly when a team is understaffed, but this crew pulled it off with efficiency and great customer service. They proved that even on a tough day, they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Overall, I left very impressed. The employees here deserve recognition for their dedication and positive energy. I’ll definitely be coming back — not only because the food was great, but because the staff made the experience a pleasant one despite...

Absolutely horrible. I had to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes just to be waited on at the cash register. The man who took my order was in an attitude and did not treat us or the other customers with the politeness and respect we deserve. After ordering, the food took another 10 minutes to get delivered to us. We were able to see the employees working in the back, and one girl literally stood there by the fries and wasn't doing anything. She obviously could have been helping to make the delivery quicker. Not only was the service slow, but the order was wrong (at that point, I was not surprised)...I ordered a cheeseburger meal, and what they gave me instead was two single cheeseburgers. I came into the McDonald's expecting a relatively quick service because I had to be somewhere and I was in a rush, but I instead received some of the poorest and WORST service ever. I would give this a 0 star if I could, but I guess I'm not allowed to be brutally honest. Unless it's the last fast food restaurant in the area and I'm really starving, I will not be going there again for a long, long time....

Sucked my bacon was burnt on my bacon egg n cheese biscuit n hashbrown we over cooked order ed badger with just bacon n cheese. It had burnt bacon and specifically said no sauce or egg it still had sauce on it .so they really .essed order up.june 27. They took my order stood Over 10 mins. 4 people behind got there stuff wife look at order screen n our number wasn't even up there so made them aware n waited again 10 more minutes then food came an she says hamburger would be few minutes reach in for Fry's n they were cold so by this time I say vet me the manager .she feels them says I'll get new ones .she comes back with new ones n gave us 1 another small fry some we were there quite some time. Next day grandaughter wanted a ice cream cone girl hand to me it had very little in it other girl looked at it n said did I want another cone cause that cone was no where near like that little sign on the ice cream machine.so as you can see they really screwed up bunch of time .my daughter won't leave drive thru line because of so...
