Wendy's — Restaurant in Canonsburg

Today was a long day! I worked 11 hours and decided after arriving at my house that I wanted to get a quick bite to eat. I drove to Wendy’s and waited about 10 min in line before realizing I left my wallet at home. This made me extremely upset and I had to run home to get my wallet. I returned and wait about 10 min again in line. I pull up to the window super stressed because I was exhausted from a bad day. Beth greeted me and was an absolute sweetheart like always (I recognize her from before) and she was just so kind and took extra steps to make sure everything was going smoothly with my food. I am a car salesman and have about 4 years of customer service experience in the car industry, I have worked fast food, and I have worked retail. I love Wendy’s this has been my favorite fast food chain for years. I moved to canonsburg a year ago and have loved this location up until about a month ago (august/September 2021) lately my orders have been completely wrong, missing things, wrong sizes or not what I ordered. I have even been given someone else’s meal twice in the last month and my meal given to someone else. I am not sure what is going on their recently and I hate to be the one holding the line up checking for order accuracy but that will have to happen from now on.

Not too bad. In the men's room, the dividing wall at the urinal appeared to have been forcefully pulled off its wall mount, as though to make room so two could share the space, but the restroom was clean. The shiny "butter" coating on the sandwich bun smelled foul, nearly making me gag, but the fries were decent. The chicken itself was a respectable cut and not old or dry, as I have come to expect from Wendy's. Cheese on my sandwich was merely warmed, not truly melted - a difficult balance to find for a meal that only took 30 seconds to prepare, package, and serve. Windows were clean, and it was pleasant to sit at a table where the sun warmed me as I looked out at the lands of industrial desolation that hung off the cliff below Interstate 79, holding my nose and consuming this by product of multinational...
