Can’t believe how many cashiers work here that can’t count to 100. Not only that the register should tell them exactly how much change to give back. Last visit I was shorted $6, and I told the girl that brought me my food. I said the cashier has your tip because he shorted me $6. I don’t know if she was given the tip or not, however when I came back today the same employee that shorted me took my order, but someone else took my money and gave me the correct amount of change today. The employee that previously shorted me wouldn’t even look at me when I pulled up to pay, which makes me think he knows he shorted me money, and remembered doing it. So I had to leave a review. Be sure to count your change especially from the drive through employees. There was also a girl that tried to short me $28 when I paid with a 100 a different time but luckily I noticed immediately. Beside that issue the food is really incredible the majority of the time. I frequently come here at least a few times a week, which is why I wish the customer service was as good as the food. If they’re busy when you visit be sure to check that everything you ordered is in the bag before you pull off. I have had missing sandwiches and sides during busy times more times than I have recieved the incorrect...
Read moreI love Culver’s, and was thrilled when Culver’s opened a restaurant in Canton, MI. For the first few months the restaurant was efficiently run, the service was incredible, the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Each guest was treated with respect and the orders were always correct. In the past three weeks, the restaurant has changed. The staff are NOT friendly, NOT efficient and NOT courteous! In fact, the staff doesn’t welcome guests, orders are mixed up, incomplete, over cooked or under cooked. The yogurt is no longer cold, but lukewarm and melting. Today, was the worst of all, order was wrong, and when I addressed the issue, the staff all stared at me. I asked to speak to a manager and four people working near the counter all said they were the manager! Maybe too many chiefs and not enough workers? One young man did approach me when I was leaving and addressed the issue, stating, “Im going to have a team meeting and discuss your concerns”. Well, I hope so, otherwise the Westland and Wixom/Novi restaurants are a short drive away, and will get my business. No, I’m not a Karen, but if your employees are so unhappy at work, maybe something should be addressed to solve...
Read moreWe were really looking forward to trying this newer Culver’s location, but unfortunately, our experience left us pretty disappointed. When we arrived, the dining area wasn’t as clean as we’d expected. Many of the tables had debris on them, and we ended up having to clean our own since the available sanitation buckets didn’t seem very well maintained.
We placed our order through the app as the signage on the tables suggested, but it took about 30 minutes before someone brought our food and even then, the young man seemed unsure if it was actually ours. Sadly, our drinks and cups were missing, so we had to track those down ourselves, which added to the confusion.
Most of the food arrived only slightly warm and didn’t appear fresh or particularly appetizing, which was disappointing considering we spent $95 for a party of seven. It didn’t feel like the value we’re used to at other Culver’s locations.
Overall, we were surprised by how rundown and unkept this location felt, especially since it’s relatively new. We hope this feedback is helpful, as we’ve had great experiences with Culver’s in the past and would love to see this location reach that...
