We walked in out of curiosity and hungry. We were greeted by a very nice man and a young lady, asking if we'd ever been in before. We said it was our first time and he immediately offered some samples of our choosing of the huge variety of chicken salads. They were ALL delicious! After deciding on our flavor, we ordered two sandwiches on a croissant. While sitting at a table eating our lunch, the gentleman brought over a complimentary glass of Almond and lemon sweet tea, an old family recipe. If you like lemon in your tea, it hits the mark. After finishing lunch, he then came back with two complimentary cookies. MnM and snicker doodle! We felt like we were in their home. They were very welcoming. Recently discovered Went with a friend That Recommended it to me. After what she had said, I really wasn’t surprised. The Chicken Salad was excellent And there are tons of varieties that do it anyway you want it almost I guess ha haThe coffee was very good And I’m a coffee snob. . The muffins were to die for so fresh right out of the oven. I know that’s not always the case, but I really lucked out. I took food home with me. I live in the White House area, At any chance I get, I will be ordering or go there myself. This is a good place if you’re craving a chicken salad sandwich. A little expensive if you ask me. They had a variety of things, including make your own dinners.
