Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

10/2/22 THEY LITERALLY HAVE DOGS IN THIS PLACE! Not front of house but where the employees enter and prepare food. While waiting in my car for a carryout order, by the door where employees and delivery drivers enter and exit the building, I witnessed a female manager wearing a blue shirt and a regular clothes male carrying a dog enter the building. My wife shortly exited the building with our order and I told her what I had seen. While sitting there in complete shock, we witnessed another employee exit the building to smoke a cigarette with an even larger dog following him!!! MULTIPLE ANIMALS IN THE BUILDING. 38 years of living and I've never seen anything like this. We returned the pizzas and were given a refund (not by the manager) Girl in front was embarrassed and said she has no control of what goes on and that the dogs are usually in the office... So it's a regular thing. Also stated we weren't the first to say something about the dogs inside. All management at this location needs to be terminated immediately! We will be following up with the health department and all proper channels to get accountability. It's one thing to choose to have animals in your home but it's a whole different thing to bring them to work and let them hang out where you're working and preparing food. I have given this place so many chances and tonight was the last straw. This was the THIRD time I’ve had to drive to get my order after placing a order for delivery. Order was placed at 6:12 PM on a Monday evening. Website said it would take 32 minutes max. After waiting an hour, I tried calling the store to check on the order. No one would answer after repeated attempts to call. Finally drove up there. The employees blamed it on a new driver, but this is the third time this has happened with this Dominos location. Also, the phone was ringing when I was there, and the employees acted like the phone wasn’t there. Not even an attempt to answer and put them on hold. Completely ignored it. Other customer reviews say they have been told the phone doesn’t work, but it was ringing and ringing when I was there. Seemed to work great, but a working phone is of little use if no one will pick it up to answer. Was given lukewarm pizza that was quite bad when we sat down to eat it. Tasted like pizza that was leftover from the day before (which kind of makes sense because at this point it had been well over an hour since it had evidently been made). Also, one of our pizzas was not even cut into slices, which isn’t a really big deal, but just goes to show how apathetic this domino’s actually is. If I could give negative stars, I would eagerly jump at the opportunity. ...

After an 8 hr drive down from Kansas, the boys were wanting to view the "new & improved" type of dominos store. This location was super close to where we were staying. Super clean. Problems began at the register...cashier spoke so lightly you could barely hear her. Asked the specials and was given "I think so" answers. Ordered buffalo chicken specialty pizza but I guess that wasn't a part of the deal so rather than tell us that, they only put buffalo chicken & cheese on the pizza. Furthermore, while waiting and anxiously watching the tv screen in the dining area for it to say ready now, next to our name, "now" came and went for more than 5 mins. No one ever called our name or brought us our pizzas. Instead, when we asked for them, they were on the heat rack because they had forgotten to put in our bread twists. Hello? Could you tell us and then let us make the decision on whether or not to wait on the other before devouring our pizzas? Unfortunately, they ask for the tip upon placing your order so they got an extra 10% which would not have been the case after. And lastly, we ordered 4 waters, thinking tap water or maybe even bottled water...instead we are told to pay nearly $2 each for water out of one of those any flavor coke machines that was ironically out of all but about 5 items. Rediculous Dominos! I want the old...
