Taco Bell — Restaurant in Canton

We went through the drive-thru which I believe his name was Michael what are cashier / person that waited on us took our order should I say. And it took us a while because I have a 9 year old girl that was looking for something on the menu that was just discontinued and anyway he let us know what it was that she was looking for because I had no idea and let us know that they recently stopped making it and I just wanted to say that he was very much on top of his game as far as knowing the menu knowing what my daughter wanted when I have no earthly idea. So as far as a Taco Bell employee knowing their stuff quote Michael was very well verse when it comes to the menu and what y'all have and don't have anymore. As well as as we were getting our order everything was correct out in a jiffy and he had a wonderful personality as well as a great singing voice lol he made our experience worthwhile thank you we will be a customer of course again I would love for him to be our cashier thank you very much...

Waited half an hour in line to pick up an online order that I had placed 30 minutes before and gave them plenty of time to make and make sure that they had everything in order for when I picked it up I picked the order up and was given the bag and rushed away and after I waited and asked to make sure all my food was in the bag that I was hanged I was told yes that’s everything and then waved away,got home with my $70 order and half the food was missing(I live 20 minutes away from this Taco Bell) I call up there once I get home and realise half the food is missing and then I’m told that the only way anything can be done about it is if I drive another 20 minutes back up there while my food gets cold sitting at home just so I can get a refund and they sit there on the phone and say that that’s the only thing they can do and now I am going to contact corporate and make sure no one else spends $70 for $30...

These employees are very unprofessional! There was no manager on duty so they took it upon themselves to attack another employee who was struggling to take my order! When my food was delivered to my table they came with 3 of them and stood over my table for over five minutes harassing me and my family about how the employees attacking the guy taking my order got their feelings hurt! Are u kidding me? By the time they left my table my food was cold, the girl with pink hair claimed to be the assistant general manager which I highly doubt that at all, but if she is managing she needs some serious training in customer service! I’m not sure what point they were trying to prove to me but do better Taco Bell, this was a circus show for sure! No delegation or...
