Talk about a bad vibe. One of the workers was so rude for no reason at all. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if being nice at a window is so hard, fast food probably isn’t the path for you. I didn’t catch her name, but trust me, she stood out and not in the “employee of the month” kind of way. Love to be in contact with the manager to describe her :-) It honestly makes you a little wary to eat your food, knowing it was made by someone who clearly hates being there (and probably hates you too, just for existing in line). Makes you worried there might be a secret ingredient in your sandwich lol The other employees were super nice, which makes me feel like she’s not only ruining customer experiences but probably their day too. Management should step in and figure out some morale boosters. maybe free cookies, maybe therapy, maybe both. After ordering our first sandwich she proceeds to give our total when we let her know we have 2 more orders she says “no” and we nervously laugh and try to finish the order and interrupts again say “only one sandwich for you” my husband responds with “right!” And laughs again, It was awkward but whatever. I ordered a power bowl with double meat and all the veggies, with mayo and oil. I’m on keto, not that it’s anyones business but I ordered like that for a reason. She opens the window and says so much unnecessary comments on my order. Like diarrhea of the mouth. Read moreSat in the drive thru for 20+ mins no one greeted us on the speaker, drove around and workers were talking to each other and some looked over at us and didn’t even come to the drive thru window. Watched the workers keep talking to each other and slowly making food for 10 minutes. Then a worker decides to come up and ask what we ordered and we had a mobile order so we could use our points. It had been sitting by the drive thru window the entire time. We asked about the drive thru speaker and she said oh yeah it doesn’t work.. horrible service will not be back. Neither of our sandwiches were toasted like we ordered them to be either. Drive thru needs to be blocked off and management needs some drastic change at this location.
