We ordered in-store. We got 4 bowls and a kids quesadilla which totalled $90! All bowls were ground beef and we got a little over a half spoon full of beef each. So I asked for extra on my bowl and they stated it would be extra which I agreed to. My extra meat that was $4 extra was barely a third spoon full. I might have gotten a full spoon of meat total... The other items were very skimpy. They bagged our food, tied it and gave it to us. We got home and realized our kids meal was not there. I went back and it was 8:42 and the doors were locked and the staff had everything broken down and lights half out, supposed to.close at 9pm. I knocked on the door for a minute and a guy looked up and put his finger up and started remaking the quesadilla. He came to the door and said yeah you forgot this. I corrected him and said you guys forgot it. You tied the bag and handed it to me. I then said we also didn't get the cookie or juice box. He went back and got it. He was nice. But I was overall irritated at paying $90 for skimpy food and missing items and then having to stand in the cold to wait for it when they technically should have been open. I then got to go home and eat my cold, skimpy bowl.... for $90, I expect not to be able to see the bottom of my bowl...
Update: it has been over a month and I have not gotten any kind of response from the survey I filled out, this review, nor the email that I sent to them... VERY...
Read more"I typically receive excellent service at this location, but today's experience was disappointing. Despite placing our order online for the Cinco de Mayo burrito special, we faced significant delays. Despite assurances, our order wasn't ready by the promised time of 6:25. After numerous inquiries, I spotted our order sitting on the shelf unnoticed.
The staff seemed overwhelmed due to the special promotion, resulting in disorganized service. With a long queue of 25+ people in line and others waiting for pick-up orders, there was a clear need for better communication and organization. Orders were being misplaced, causing frustration for customers.
During busy times like this, it's crucial for the cashier or another employee to maintain a clear system for notifying customers when their orders are ready. Names should be called out periodically, especially when there's a large group waiting.
While I've had positive experiences here before, today's service fell short due to the overwhelming demand. Hopefully, steps will be taken to ensure smoother operations during busy events in...
Read moreI came in to eat with my seven year old and infant. My son ordered nachos. Almost $11 for a plate half the size of what he gets at the Mexican restaurant down the road for only $8.25. Then I ordered a homewrecker in a bowl. Standard Moe's burrito right? I should only have to tell them what kind of rice and protein right? Apparently not. Apparently ordering a listed menu item means the same thing as ordering a "build your own" and I had to still tell them every item, while trying to keep my baby daughter from screaming the whole time, even after repeating that I just want the homewrecker multiple times. The kids working the line wouldn't even speak but just point at ingredients. I was supposed to have guacamole on my bowl but she put olives on instead and I hate olives. And they left off the sour cream. But you better bet I was charged extra for the guacamole I ordered for my daughter, even though I was supposed to have it on my bowl and they left it off. Yes this was all fixable by just saying something but is it that ridiculous to expect staff at a restaurant to know...
