Went to Patrick's tonight about 7:56p. I did not know they closed at 8. However, my son was taking long and he could not find what he was looking for so he just got a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough. Once they made up the ice cream and gave it to us my son saw they had the ice cream cookie sandwich. I asked if i could have that instead of the scoop of ice cream and the guy asked of I could do that. The girl behind the counter got an attitude and asked what i was trting to do and i told her. She told me to throw the scoop of ice cream away because it could not go back behind the glass and she couldn't throw it away for me. Soon as i do that she tries to charge me for the ice cream sandwich. I said if i knew u were going to charge me i would have never threw my ice cream away. The girl says here and gives me the ice cream sandwich that was 1.50 and tried to keep my 2.60 i paid for the two scoops of ice cream. I asked if i could get my 1.10 back since she had me throw away the scoops of ice cream and she told me no. Some other girl behind the counter asked what was going and i told her. This girl "Maddie", gets upset and roughly hands me the 1.10 and says here just take it. As im trying to talk to her and ask her the supervisors name, she shuts the glass in my face and closes up while i was talking to her. Whoever the owner of Patricks is, you need to reprimand this little rude girl. I'm disappointed in her behavior and just how...
Read moreFirst time I came and the older gentleman was there. Everything was nice and cool. I didn’t have to wait. My ice cream food was all right now these last two times I went the girl at the window seems to have an attitude like she don’t even wanna be here then they gave me some fries that has so much salt on there. I feel like I stuck my tongue in the ocean And when I took them back, she had an attitude she Cause herself training and she looks like she need a little bit more training herself At this point if they don’t get it together, they don’t need to shut it down Or let someone come in there that wants to work and has customer service experience The place looks better a lot nicer and I love that they’re extending and building on, but why build something when you don’t even have enough staff or the proper staff or even people that know how to cook because we all know you do not put that much salt on anyone’s fries you can see the salt on the fries literally Like they were...
Read moreWorked for Patrick at the drive in during the summer of 1967. My co-worker and best friend at Patrick's Drive In was Jimmy Moriarty. We were both 14 years old. Jimmy and I were attending Saint John the Baptist Elementary School. Remember Patrick personally made a Coney sauce for the hot dogs that was very tasty. That was his signature menu item. The soft freeze ice cream was the big draw during the hot summer months. As an employee appreciation day, Patrick took Jimmy and I to a Cleveland Indians Game. Thanks Jimmy and Patrick for...
