The McDonald’s on Market Avenue in Canton is the absolute worst. The higher too many teenagers who are in the back all the time doing. God knows what – probably smoking weed in the walk-in, getting drunk, not to mention they are so rude to their customers and I’m not sure how I understand how difficult it is to put extra pickles and extra onions on a burger. My family and I frequent this often, especially for breakfast but the way we were treated today, you will never get a dime of our money. And we ate there almost daily. The only decent employee you have going for you. there is Edward at the front window Are lucky to have him. He is very personable and never gives back the wrong change like 40% of your employees do as I know they are pocketing the change as a matter effect I saw it for my own eyes. My husband came through there about 30 minutes ago , and the food I got isn’t even worth of feeding my dogs . I am a food vlogger do some freelance writing/reviews for local restaurants – including franchise restaurants, and you, Wendy’s the bottom of the list. You may have spruce the place up, but just because you put make up on a pig, doesn’t make it pretty. Plus also I understand inflation, blah blah blah But sometimes all people can afford is a biggie bag to feed themselves on and you jack the price two dollars you are the man. Wendy’s- you ARE the absolute worst of the worst of fast food chains. Will be my personal mission amongst many others to have you end up just like Arby’s across the street from you !!!
Sincerely, The middle...
Read moreThis place is more worried about chit chat and socializing they cant get an order right. They were not even busy. Extra mayo add extra pickle and extra onion. I use to be a gm for hardees and my managers would be in hot water if their crew couldnt make orders right. This is not the first time. I come here regularly and every time its a disappointment. Between waiting at the counter for someone to slowly come over after their done socializing or get off their phones to the people in drive thru who dont listen properly when a guest is ordering. Upper management needs to step in and correct their managers before Wendys becomes like hardees. There is no sense of urgency in this place at all. It does not matter if you are slam packed or if you're slow you should have a sense of urgency to hurry up and get the customers out so they can go back home or where they can eat or go to the dining room and sit where they can enjoy I have had to tell the employees at this location that the bathroom was trashed there was out of toilet paper it's ridiculous every 30 minutes you should go check the bathrooms because you guys have a lot of homeless people that go in and out of that store if you guys want to stay open you need to change your management and get rid of like 99% of that crew I've only met one good...
Read moreI really hate to leave bad reviews about any business but when I have the type of experience I had, I believe things need to be said so that another customer doesn't run into the same problem. So to start off, when I walked into this establishment the smell was absolutely and utterly offensive like a restroom that hasn't been cleaned in a month along with 2-week-old grease but I still decided to head to the counter to place an order as I was in dire need of something to eat and quench my thirst and Wendy's was on the way home. My next bad encounter was at the counter where the cashier greeted me as though I did something disrespectful but all I did was walk up with a smile on my face and said "hello", after my order was taken I witnessed a female employee get shoved by a male employee...(bullying is something I REALLY don't like), I motioned to the female employee (who I found out is my age) to come talk to me and she was the most polite person, I asked her for a frosty and she got it for me fast and friendly (literally the only nice encounter), anyways, my food was ok to say the least...it was a bit on the cold side and was made sloppy.
All in all, do better. I'll try this place again in a few weeks or months in hopes that it has gotten better. Hopefully word doesn't...
