Went inside to order to take it togo since the drive through was backed up around the building. Once inside there was 2 customer's sitting eating. One customer stated good luck as we entered. Went to the counter and there is family of 6 just standing there waiting. After a few minutes waiting a lady came out of the back and took the families order. Then instead of taking our order she leaves the counter to get there order bagged. Then once done came over to take our order. It was 6pm and they had no baked potatos left and none being made for the rest of the night. Then we ordered chilli and the lady left to get the chilli then came back to finish our order. By now there are more customers waiting but she left the counter again and when she returned I asked if she could finish my order so I can pay for my food. She rolled her eyes and submitted my order so I could pay by credit card. She left the people standing there and she completed our order and walked away again. I checked the order and there was food missing and she wanted to argue with me that it was all there. But we are missing one of our orders of fries. Another worker brought over the fries and handed them to me. Then I left. 1 person working the counter, 1 person working the drive through and 1 person on fries 1 person making the sandwiches and the manager sitting in his office. He then came out and stood in the back of the line. When I got into my car I checked to see if the food was hot and it was cold including the chilli the only thing that was warm was the Rance dressing.

Read moreTerrible. This was the worst Wendy's we've been to, and the customer service was awful. We pulled up and there was a sign that said their intercom wasn't working, and to pull up and place your order at the second window. We pulled up and the woman, Sabrina, didn't even greet us or ask what we would like. She looked like she was annoyed we were even there. We placed our order (which was a fiasco also), and we pulled out to make sure our order was correct. Half the orders were wrong, so we took them inside to get the correct sandwiches. When inside, we mentioned the sign to the manager and he replied "Yeah we put that up yesterday and forgot to pull it down. The intercom works." …okay then fix it. We brought the sandwiches out and went through them, and they STILL got one of the sandwiches wrong! My sister said it was fine cuz she didn't feel like dealing with more drama and we left. Don't go here, find another Wendy's or go somewhere else that's not...

They then gave us the wrong order so we gave it back and asked for our actual order which then caused a huge fight in the kitchen, causing an employee to get mad and quit on the spot. At this point, there was a lady behind us cursing and screaming at us to move, so we just asked for the wrong part of the order that we had given back to her. The employee claimed she had thrown it out but the passenger that was with me saw them put the wrong item on the counter behind her. Now the line was super long because of us and nothing was happening it seemed. The manager came out and took over for the employee who quit (and left the store) but we weren't going to wait any longer. The many people behind us were getting angry. We just said "screw it" and drove away. I hope they have since figured out how to actually run...
