Had the most appalling interaction at this location today. My daughter and I mobile ordered drinks. My daughter ran in to grab the drinks and use the restroom. My daughter knocked on the women's restroom door and received no response. After waiting about three more minutes she knocked again thinking maybe she needed a key or it had been locked from the inside since there had been no answer knocked again before going to the front counter she gets this response "hiii im in here using the bathroom, you can use the men's restroom it's free". My daughter continued to wait because the bathrooms are clearly marked and she has had the experience of there only being a urinal in the men's room. When the woman came out it was an employee holding their apron and she proceeded to be incredibly rude and hostile with my daughter Employees "was that you knocking?" Daughter "yes i didn't hear a response the first time im sorry" Employee "yea that's because i was using the restroom, the men's room is always free to use and they're basically unisex my love. have a good day" in the rudest tone I have ever heard. Like seriously had she just responded with "occupied" or "someone is in here" it would have been fine. There was absolutely no reason to engage a teenager in that manner and be nasty especially when they apologized for knocking again because there was no response. Disgusting behavior and if the bathrooms were to be treated as unisex then they should have unisex...
Read moreStarbucks was my main squeeze when it comes to coffee since 1996 Ya almost 23 years. That was the year I packed up the family and moved to Seattle. It was like coffee heaven. There were Coffee Kiosks on practically every corner. You didn't have to drive run or walk very far to get a cup of coffee. Then I saw it. A big sign with the wording I will never forget "STARBUCKS". I had heard rumors about this slice of Paradise and that day I found out thos rumors where true I had to go into this smallish but clean well stocked with bags, boxes cups, thermos, makers and at the counter were croissant, various flavors of sweet-rolls and small cakes, big cookies avg size and mini cookies. They varied from chocolate chip, raisin, oatmeal, various nuts anywhere from Macadamia to peanut all claiming fresh baked daily. Also there were fancy candy bars with close to or the same flavors as previously mentioned and more. You also had the choice of dark, milk or white chocolate, I also noticed a glass door refrigerator with with various flavors of juice and pre-made Starbucks brand cold Coffees. The atmosphere was made up of students studying at about half the available seating in and outdoors. The rest were made up of the most eclectic individuals I have come across since I lived pt time in Key west. The service was great and also a great friendly drive thru. The rest is history but don't go without trying a Frappuccino mocha or my favorite a Double shot coffee...
Read moreI ordered an iced coffee here once, and it was so clear I could’ve read a book through it. But sure, mistakes happen, right? So, like an idiot with hope, I went back for another. Guess what? Translucent again… like they brewed it with the tears of my crushed dreams. Third time’s the charm? NOPE. I’m literally writing this review through the crystal clear abyss of my latest iced coffee, wondering if it’s just purified tap water with a whisper of coffee’s ghost.
Don’t even bother asking for a remake… they’ll just pour more of this sad, watery regret into your cup with a smile that says “We gave up before you did.” And a voucher? I’ve seen them offer it to others after a bad visit… but I’ll pass, I’d rather get a coupon for a root canal. Just train the staff to make an iced coffee that doesn’t look like it belongs in a fish tank. Not for me… but for the next poor soul who stumbles into this caffeine free nightmare. I’ll give them 1 star instead of none for consistency for screwing this up every....
