Unfortunately my experience at this Wawa was less that fortunate. I was having a minor problem with the lottery machine; thought it took $5 from me.. (no big deal.. I know this type of stuff happens especially with self check-out) I went and asked someone to please help me with the lotto machine. As I’m waiting- I’m a little flustered trying to see if maybe it’s a simple mistake I’m over looking. Calling my sister to see if she’s ever dealt with this issue before.
Moments later Madisyn appears to attempt and help my minor issue she was going to give me a voucher for $10 that wasn’t even mine. Had to honestly tell her it was just $5 that I put into the machine. Not $10
Madisyn then gets real quick to accuse me of buying a lottery ticket for someone on the phone and denies any further assistance
Your energy is so off. It was really upsetting
Not only was she accusing me of purchasing tickets for someone over a phone call …… she also made sure I had her named spelled correctly for when I wrote this.
I thought there’s no way M-A-D-I-S-Y-N is the only one here in charge so I asked to speak with someone else. Maria was really quick to help defend this lack of service and didn’t want any fingers pointed at her; yet was quick to throw in a couple of her two cents vs just helping someone out. Wawa? If you don’t know what to do in certain situations your employees (especially the one in charge Madisyn )should handle it professionally NOT PERSONALLY But to accuse someone of doing something illegal when I literally just wanted a scratch off ticket and redbull is...
Read moreThis is my new favorite place to eat! I love you can order food yourself on the little kiosks and they have so many options to choose from. They have food options starting from breakfast burritos, omelettes, even just bagels with cream cheese, anything you can imagine. They also have a fantastic lunch and dinner menu. I love their paninis, they're hoagies and their signature bulls that you can design yourself or pick one that is pre-designed. Not to mention their drink selection. They have one of the best milkshakes I've ever tasted they also have smoothies, warm and cold coffee beverages. The list goes on and on. After you order for yourself they print out this little ticket that you take to the register pay for your food and by the time you come back the wonderful people that cook the food have already had it ready for you. It tastes so good I wouldn't consider it fast food. I will no longer even eat at a fast food restaurant after eating here. So many healthier options and it actually tastes like real food not some nasty frozen burger patty throw together that's hardly edible like you get at some of the other fast-food restaurants. They also have a whole convenience store, and sell alcohol if you need it. The customer service is wonderful. I have not one complaint about this location and highly recommend you...
Read moreI have been a patron of the north Cape Coral Wawa for the past 7 years as I work nearby. But as of today, I will not be returning. I have gotten breakfast and/or lunch their at least 2-3 times per week for that same time mainly because it is convenient and I love the coffee. Starting off my day yesterday I ordered a breakfast panini that had one half of their omelet disc and 1 slice of bacon with 1 slice of cheese cut in half to cover the bread. This sandwich was $6.99. I thought it may have been a fluke and that they may not by cutting corners and maybe I just got a new person making my food, but today I stopped their for lunch and bought a $5.00 medium soup. That was not even half full. The prices for they ordered food has risen exponentially over the past 2 years to which I understand. The fact that they are not cutting the amount that our hard earned dollar pay for is disrespectful. Sorry Wawa you have lost my business. I know that one customer does not matter, but hopefully you make changes so that you don't...
