Iām not much of a reviewer but I had to for Yardena because she is an amazing associate and needs a raise.
Yesterday, I went store to store looking for a black button up for my 1st day of work. I try Burlington and approached Yardena asking for help fully expecting her to respond with irritation which is what happens 99% of the time in stores like this. She not only told me where to find it but she helped me search, told me the return policy if it doesnāt work, made her pitch suggesting i start an account but leading with how it would benefit me, made sure I didnāt get the wrong size, and intently listened to my frustrations about how many stores I had already been to. Buying clothes always stresses me out but I felt like I had a young version of my Slavic mama supporting me the whole way! š She should be a personal shopper. Employees like this really bring more class and elegance to the space.
Not to mention the Russian man who not only pointed out where the fitting rooms were but walked me there with a smile. It was just a good experience and Yardena especially...

One time for example we were in line for at least 25 mins 3 registers open the girls ringing up were so very very slow and so very unfriendly. Then 3 other employees walked up we all in line thought they were coming to help the .very ling line but nope they decided to sit there and just chitchat then walked away. There were probably at least 15 ppl waiting to be helped some just put there stuff down and walked out. That is usually the only problem I have when i go there. The cashiers are very slow and very unfriendly. Also I dont get what the reward program is all about. Or the member program what ever it is. They should give us some points to get money off after spending so much. They type in our phone number but i dont understand...

The girl seemed irritated that I was asking and said I would need to ask someone in Lawn and Garden and she wasn't sure if any of the specialists back there were working right now. I walked back to lawn and garden and asked an employee my question. He said I should go to the service desk and ask. I said I was just there and she sent me there. The employee asked someone else and they said they should be but no one knows if or when they might arrive. I usually find Lowe's employees very helpful...
