It is nice to have indoor playground to take my grandkids to. They absolutely love this place. It's clean. The equipment/play structures are getting a bit worn out. Lots of duct tape. It is a "play at your own risk" playground where the parent supervises their own children, not the employees. You have to sign a release of liability before your child can play, but there should be some kind of employee supervision. Parents should be responsible enough to make sure their child plays safe and safe with other children but doesn't always happen. They have a snack bar stocked with healthy choices, diapers, wipes, but you can bring your own snack and drinks for your kids or yourself. The price is not so good. READ THIS BEFORE VISITING THIS BUSINESS Twice now they’ve switched their machines and have refused to accept credit which we had paid money for previously. The first time they “graciously” (according to them) gave us about a third of our monies worth. We unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was a weird situation and they mishandled it as an isolated incident. We were wrong, they switched their arcade pay system yet again and this time refused to give us a penny’s worth of credit for the money we had already spent and saved on one of their arcade cards. I wouldn’t know what to do without Giggles! My 3 year old Grandaughter and I come 4 to 5 times per week. It is the perfect place to sit, do business on my phone (Excellent free WiFi) and make important calls while she romps,roams,socializes and has an absolute blast with other kids close to her age. It is clean, well organized, safe and set up wonderfully for multiple little ones to spread their wings. The staff is fantastic. They are helpful and friendly.
