To be fair this review is after a stop at 10PM after a long flight.
Kiosks were the only thing available in the begining but the touch screen was not working. The staff seemed to notice but did not intervene. Only after 5 or so attempts to make it work we went to the cashier location and waited for someone to assist us. The staff was not warm and inviting but understandable that late at night.
After receiving our food I needed to use the restroom. Restrooms at McDonald's are notoriously bad but this was abysmal. There were paper products in the urinal, floors were filthy and the bathroom reeked of feces and urine. There was a trashcan next to the toilet and it was full almost spilling over with toilet paper that had fecal matter on it. I understand this is something that Mexicans or Hispanics are used to doing in their country because of the sewer systems. I worked at several companies that provided trash cans for this exact reason, as flushing toilet paper is something they are not accustomed to doing. That being said you would still maintain it frequently as to not make others using the facilities uncomfortable. The places I worked for would empty them sometimes multiple times a day.
When I attempted to use the restroom I noticed it was out of toilet paper. I went to the front and informed the gentleman at the register. I also told him that the restroom needed attention. He became frustrated, mumbled something and walked away. I had to wait 5 minutes for him to reappear with a roll of toilet paper, he proceeded to go in the restroom and spent all of 15 seconds inside. Hurried back behind the counter not making eye contact or saying anything to me. I waited a few more minutes before realizing he was done. I went in and he had put the toilet paper on top of the dispenser not installing it inside.
The food was standard McDonald's food but definitely rushed and was warm not hot when it came out. Factoring in the service we received with the ok food I could not rate it higher.

And they play jokes on the phone, They call her customers stupid, there's a guy that barely speaks English claims he's a manager and he called me stupid and called me a liar on the phone They didn't make my food at all... The delivery person was there for 45 minutes waiting and they just basically decided not to make my food. And then when I called the first time they lied and said there was no one in there there was no delivery person there but the person took a photo of themselves standing at the counter and all the customers in there. Then a girl answers and she sounds like she's drunk or high. That was last Wednesday and I tried tonight to order again and I go oh no it's a Wednesday when I realized how long the order was taking and it said it was delayed which is never happens... And then I realize it was Wednesday so it was the same people working... And the guy answers and he starts screaming and calling me stupid and a liar for some strange reason. Maybe mistaken me for someone else? I don't think you're supposed to be abusing your customers. He hung up on me three times I kept calling back. Then the gal answered and she said it was Taco Bell when she answered and once again sounding like she's drunk or high or both. I'm a regular customer and I don't understand how this is tolerated and why the owner hasn't been notified or doesn't do anything about it I honestly thought they would have been fired for the fiasco last week but no they're still there and they're even worse. Why are they employed to work with the public when they act this way. They don't even make the food at all and then they abuse the customers.
