First off if I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would. I ordered online through THEIR WEBSITE and my order was not what I ordered, I call the facility the manager says there’s nothing she can do. They are promising the accuracy of delivery without holding up their end of the satisfaction. I had to pay a coworker to use her vehicle to pick up my missing items as I was there I told the boss KAT I wanted the name of the employees along with my $2.69 back and she refused to do anything about it and once I said her name she replied “that’s about all your going to get”. If they are offering delivering they are offering the satisfaction of the delivery to be accurate in return it was NOT. and the boss DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! she said I ordered it through door dash, no I did not I ordered it through THEIR WEBSITE. then as I was leaving because I told her I was going to call corporate on her along with her store she told me to leave and never come back and if she sees my name on the screen she will disregard my order whether I paid for it or not. Read moreToday I went in and got my usual order . I consider myself a regular there and they are usually very nice but today I was met with such unprofessionalism . First thing the associate asked me was “what you want”? She had no nat or visor on hair was a mess in a bun drooping down (im terrified to find something in my food). I presume to order we get to the condiments and i ask for mayo and I did not see her put it on so i asked “is there mayo on my sub i was answered with “yea its on there” as she cut and wrapped it not even taking the opportunity to double check. So then i ask for mayo packs and i was given two and then i asked for two more for a foot long sub. Which I was answered with an eye roll and a heavy sigh . She asked me if i wanted my receipt and i said no but she didn't hear me so she waves it in my face and asked again . By then i just took my change and left just appalled . When i get home open my sub which was slopped together with NO MAYO and it wasn't cut all the way through so i have to now tear it apart making a mess . I noticed the cheese on the menu looked like liquid cheese and I asked the young lady for that and she got frustrated with me and didn't answer me So, I asked her to please answer me, and she went on to tell me she was deaf. And I apologize to her and said, "if I knew I would have talked louder for you". Her stare then rolling her eyes made me say that's rude. I wasn't being disrespectful I would be accommodating to her need if it was so. When I realized she was being rude. I told her don't treat your customers like that. Then when I asked the manager about it he said he heard nothing. But he was standing right there. I asked for owner number, he refused me. I asked if he would take my name and number, he refused. I asked how do I file a complaint. He said info is on your receipt. He finally ripped off a piece of receipt paper from register and I left my name and number.
