Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Carmel

Tried to give a courteous call to notify the store that my sandwich ordered with extra meat hasn't been the case for the past two orders. I order for this store one if not twice a week. I order from 3 other Jimmy John's and know the expectations of a standard tuna sandwich with extra meat.

The manager ( Brittany, I believe) treated me as I was stupid and told me there was enough meat and then told me she would hand up on me if I was rude. She talked so much I was unable to even talk. Just wanted to argue. When I bite into a tuna sandwich that I ordered extra meat and only have bread in my mouth... there is a problem. The fact that the manager would not even give me the time of day to help is highly unacceptable.

I am very disappointed as I am a regular customer who often orders delivery and was not expecting such rude and poor customer service.

I will STOP supporting this Jimmy John's and will not be ordering from this location again!

I don't typically write reviews but my experience here last night was so odd and off-putting I felt it should be made known as there are always other JJ you can go to. I arrived 45 minutes before closing. There were no other customers. The woman working didn't acknowledge me after I said hi and then looked at the clock, looked at me, sighed and slowly walked to the register where she took my order and walked away after I paid. She did some other work then made my sandwich. As I left she shook her head at me as though I had done something wrong.

I walked into the store around 8:30pm after I got off work. There was one lady wearing a purple mask that immediately flipped her hands up as I parked. I checked the time and they close at 9pm, so I went on in. I placed my order to this man and I glanced over and the lady was glaring at me. Didn’t think anything of it and then she slams the bread on the counter and begins to cut it, and leaves it for someone else to make. They finish up with my sandwich and I hear her say “now this will be my second time washing these”. I would understand if u came in 10 minutes before they closed, and this was not my first problem with this specific person.
