Antique Emporium — Local services in Carmel

Very unfriendly staff, sub-par collection. I sold items to this store and they lost my paperwork and blamed it on me. THE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. I notice a lot of the reviews are positive, I would expect the level of service I received was because I am black. The "antique appraiser" who bought my items refused to give me a business card so I could stay in contact if I had an issue...

Smaller multi vendor antique shop still packed with nice older items. Not a lot of large pieces, but a few, and some very nice glass items, old kitchen pieces, wall art, and a nice record/hi fi section in the back. We found some very nice items at very reasonable prices. The proprietor and a couple of vendors were present and they were all friendly helpful and informative....

I have noticed the staff is what you make of it-if you are polite and normal they are gracious, friendly and very helpful. If you are a total @sshole, they kind of let you fend for yourself.
