Ate here yesterday. Place went in where the Wendy’s was previously located. Good job with the remodel. While the drive through is still there, this place doesn’t look like it reused the interior at all. Daughter and wife ordered small teriyaki chicken and I had the steak. Everyone liked their food ok. The chicken was great. The veggies with the rice tasted fresh. The egg roll we got to try as well was excellent! One of the best egg rolls I’ve had in a long time. The steak was not very good. Some pieces were really chewy. I’ll order the chicken in the future. Overall, the family enjoyed it but I would not say the food is excellent. It’s a good alternative to Qdoba or Chipotle.
Side note, since the place was just opened, they were heavily staffed. Excellent service for a restaurant that’s counter service. They brought our food out, brought us a to go bag, checked to make sure we were happy. I was very impressed.
Last thing, the containers you are served your food in are microwave safe and dishwasher safe. That’s a huge bonus because we all...
Read moreI have frequented the Greenwood location since it opened, but this one is more convenient now with where I’m living up north. I will willingly drive nearly an hour to eat here because the food is THAT good! Not only is it fresh, but it is delicious. My go-to is the yakisoba noodles with spicy teriyaki chicken, and it is TRULY spicy! It blows other Asian fast-food completely out of the park. Not only that, but the gentleman who was working the cash register was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. I regretfully didn’t get his name, but he was stellar. He offered us water cups while we waited, and forewarned us there may be a delay in getting our food as it’s all made fresh. We waited for only about 5-8 minutes, which I found completely reasonable for a to-go order! I would highly recommend! Only complaint- which is minor- is the prices are on the higher end, however for me, I always have enough food leftover for lunch the next day, so...
Read moreI order the double protein, looks more like protein and a sample. Not sure what happened. Ordered the spicy chicken, it is indeed spicy seems to be teriyaki sauce enhanced by addition red pepper flakes. Pretty good if you like spicy food. More spicy than flavor I think. The orange chicken got lost in the overwhelming amount of noodles I paid 1.50 extra for. The noodles, while they are plenty, the flavor was just not there. They taste like bland. I added the teriyaki sauce which helps some but two sauces may be needed to give the noodles flavor. The veggies are mostly steamed cabbage, one lonesome broccoli, about three or four slices of zucchini. These veggies go as good as steamed veggies can go. Upon digging in, I’m sure the orange chicken ended up being about half a cup, while the spicy chicken was about a cup. The noodles probably at least 2.5 cups of noodles, leaning towards three. Veggies about a cup. Around 16$...
