Which Wich — Restaurant in Carmel

It's sad to see this is the only which wich in what seems like a 100mi radius, literally. That said, I hope they never close this location. They're sandwiches are superior (in my opinion) but here's why - I've never waited too long, had to deal with an uncut sandwich, had everything spill out upon first touch, or dealt with upset/bored employees. The way you put your order in - on paper - is the best system, I think. Their order system eliminates most customer interaction which is the 1 aspect of food service that slows the order process. I have had their sandwiches from different stores. For me the food chain alone is very over priced for what you get.

Has for being covid safe I didn't feel safe. One having to walk in use pen and paper to make out your own order on a shelf that doesn't get wiped down between each use. Just to much human contact to surface contact. Who knows how many menus get touched then put back in the pile for next person to touch. They have a cup of pens marked clean at one end then dirty at the other end. Great idea long as everyone follows the pattern.

Excellent service, tasty sandwiches! Went in and was greeted by who I assume was the owner of the franchise. He was explaining how to order and what the place is all about. I thought that was really cool. Sandwich was done quickly and I was on my way (to-go order). Sandwich was fresh. I got the Cheeseburger sandwich (very unhealthy and very good!). They have a lot of options and customization....
