WORST Dunkin’ Donuts in the Pittsburgh region when it comes to drinks and mto food items, only thing your safe to order here is donuts everything else lacks major consistency.
I would come here every morning for breakfast on my way to start the day but after 6 consecutive poor experiences I won’t be stopping anymore!!!
When you order a bagel they literally open 1 packet of cream cheese flip it upside down and dollop it in the middle, when I asked them why they do that they said oh you have to ask us to spread it. What is the point of a drive thru?

Read moreSo it’s an 86 degree day and honestly, I don’t usually mind a hot coffee even in the heat. I came into Dunkin' planning to use a coupon for the 2 wrap deal and a medium coffee. But when I got to the counter, I asked if I could swap the coffee for a refresher instead. Just a flat out no. No explanation, no attempt to work with me, just a hard no. Kinda killed the whole vibe I didn’t even want it anymore after that.
What made it worse? I’m standing there watching employees whipping up all kinds of free drinks for their boyfriends and friends on the clock, but here I am paying like a regular customer and getting nothing but attitude. Just felt like the paying customers were the ones getting the short end of the stick.
Definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth figuratively...
